Dans un module de recirculation connu de ce type, la roue du compresseur n'est pas protégée des particules solides provenant du filtre à particules. Il y a donc un besoin d'implanter un filtre sur le circuit de recirculation des gaz d'échappement pour protéger la roue du compresseur. De plus, il est nécessaire que ce filtre soit démontable. On connait déjà un module de recirculation des gaz d'échappement dans lequel on a implanté un filtre spécifique sur le circuit des gaz d'échappement recirculés. Cependant, ce type de solution est difficile à implanter car il demande un volume alloué important incompatible avec l'architecture moteur véhicule. La présente invention a pour objet un module de recirculation des gaz d'échappement qui remédie à ces inconvénients. Ces buts sont atteints conformément à l'invention, par le fait qu'il comporte un ensemble de filtre situé dans une partie rectiligne du conduit des gaz d'échappement recirculés, cet ensemble de filtre étant fixé de manière amovible sur le conduit des gaz d'échappement recirculés. Cette solution permet le démontage du filtre sans changer le tuyau ou le module EGR complet. On a représenté sur les figures 1 et 2, une vue d'ensemble du module de recirculation des gaz d'échappements conforme à la présente invention. Ce module d'échappement comprend un échangeur de chaleur 2, cet échangeur a pour fonction de refroidir les gaz d'échappement d'un moteur à combustion interne. Les gaz refroidis sortent de l'échangeur par une canalisation 4, comportant un coude 6 et une partie rectiligne 8. La partie rectiligne 8 se termine par une collerette 10. Un ensemble filtre 12 est inséré dans la partie rectiligne du tuyau 8. L'ensemble de filtre 12 est maintenu sur la collerette 10 par l'intermédiaire d'un collier en V 14 également appelé collier de type V-Band. A son autre extrémité, l'ensemble de filtre est raccordé à une bride 16 qui peut être moulée ou usinée. On a représenté sur la figure 3, une vue en coupe à échelle agrandie du filtre. Ce dernier comporte une partie conique 22 qui constitue la partie filtrante proprement dite et une partie cylindrique 24 terminée par une collerette 26 pour joint d'étanchéité. La base 28 du filtre est décalée de la distance 30 par rapport au joint de type collier en V de la direction du conduit d'échappement des gaz recirculés, ce qui lui permet de garantir l'étanchéité au gaz. La partie conique du filtre est soudée par une soudure à sa partie cylindrique.30 On a représenté sur la figure 4, une vue à échelle agrandie et en coupe du raccordement du filtre à la bride 16. Cette dernière comporte une collerette 32 sur laquelle vient s'appuyer l'extrémité 26 du filtre formant joint d'étanchéité. Au-dessus du filtre 26, on trouve la collerette 10 qui termine la partie rectiligne 8 de la canalisation de sortie des gaz d'échappement recirculés 4. Un collier de serrage en V 14 vient coiffer ces pièces par le dessus et les maintient serrées. On réalise ainsi une étanchéité aux gaz. FIGS. 1 and 2 show an overall view of the exhaust gas recirculation module according to the present invention. This exhaust module comprises a heat exchanger 2, this exchanger has the function of cooling the exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine. The cooled gases exit the exchanger through a pipe 4, having a bend 6 and a straight portion 8. The straight portion 8 ends with a flange 10. A filter assembly 12 is inserted into the straight portion of the pipe 8. The filter assembly 12 is held on the flange 10 by means of a V-shaped collar 14 also called a V-Band type collar. At its other end, the filter assembly is connected to a flange 16 which may be molded or machined. FIG. 3 shows an enlarged sectional view of the filter. The latter comprises a conical portion 22 which constitutes the actual filtering part and a cylindrical portion 24 terminated by a flange 26 for a seal. The base 28 of the filter is offset by the distance 30 from the V-neck seal of the direction of the recirculated gas exhaust duct, which allows it to guarantee gas tightness. The conical portion of the filter is welded by a weld to its cylindrical portion. FIG. 4 shows an enlarged cross-sectional view of the connection of the filter to the flange 16. The latter comprises a flange 32 on which press the end 26 of the sealant filter. Above the filter 26, there is the collar 10 which terminates the straight portion 8 of the recirculated exhaust gas outlet pipe 4. A V-shaped clamp 14 caps these parts from above and holds them tight. This produces a gas tightness.
