Abstract

The device has an engine with a case (2) and a shaft mounted rotating in bearings carried by the case. DESCRIPTION DETAILLE DE L'INVENTION A ces figures, on a représenté partiellement un moteur 1 ou plus exactement, le carter 2 de ce dernier, el--fermant un flasque 3 de sortie de ce moteur qui est calé sur l'arbre du moteur non représenté sauf par son axe 4. Le moteur est un moteur thermique et l'extrémité de sor- tie de puissance du vilebrequin de ce moteur, d'axe 4, répond aux spécificités notamment dimensionnelles d'une norme. Ce montage est totalement connu. Un contre flasque 5 est attelé par des vis 5a au flasque 3. Il porte, également de manière connue le moyeu d'un embrayage centri- fuge dont les masselottes sont référencées 6. Ces masse-lottes s'écartent donc du moyeu pour venir, sous l'effet de la force centrifuge, se plaquer sur une surface cylindrique intérieure jade l'organe à entraîner, ici une pou-lie 7. La surface cylindrique des masselottes est équipée d'un revêtement qui permet, lorsqu'elles sont plaquées contre la surface intérieure 7a de la poulie 7, de trars- mettre un couple entre le vilebrequin d'axe 4 et la pou-lie 7. Une fusée 8 d'axe 9, constitue une portée cylindrique pour un palier à roulements à billes 10 interposé en- tre la fusée 8 et la poulie 10. La poulie 7 est fixée axialement à la fusée 8 au moyen de vis non représentées (situées ailleurs que dans le plan de la figure 1) et d'une plaque 11. La co-axialité des axes 4 et 9 est assurée par le centrage de la fusée 8 dans le carter 2. Cette fusée (ou portée 8) est solidaire d'un support 12 ici comportant trois bras 12a,12b et 12c. L'extrémité libre de chacun de ces bras est porteuse d'un plot 13a, 13b, (le troisième plot 13c n'étant visible que sur la figure 1 car situé dans le plan de coupe de cette figure). Cha- que plot porte une platine 14, usinée de manière à présenter un ergot de centrage 15 qui peut être logé dans la portée cylindrique 16 que présente de manière classique le carter 2 du moteur 1 du côté de son flasque de sortie 3. Cette portée cylindrique est toujours présente car également normalisée par le texte visé ci-dessus concernant l'extrémité du vilebrequin. On sait que par construction, l'axe de cette portée cylindrique présente une grande co-axialité avec l'axe 4. En fixant les platines 14 au carter 2 au moyen de vis 17, on est assuré de la co-axialité de l'axe 9 avec l'axe 4 car on a usiné dans une même opération de tournage la portée des roulements 10 sur la fusée 8 et les ergots 15 (leur surface de centrage dans la portée 16). On aura noté que la conformation du support 12 en trois bras à 120° laisse entre eux le passage possible des deux brins 18a et 18b d'une courroie 1 8comme celle 4 représentée à la figure 2. Bien entendu, tout support qui permet ce passage sans pour autant comporter des bras comme ceux représentés, est parti de l'invention. Dans ces conditions, la surface 7a de la poulie 7 est correctement placée en face des masselottes 6 de l'embrayage centrifuge et son fonctionnement est satisfaisant. On comprend que la tension de la courroie 18 est reprise par le support 12 de la fusée 8 et transmise al carter 2 du moteur 1. L'arbre intérieur d'axe 4 de ce mo- teur n'est donc plus sollicité en flexion alternée. I1 peut alors être de diamètre réduit car il n'a plus pour fonction que de transmettre un couple.
