Abstract

The basement has a welded structure (1) formed of steel profiles (2) and joined to sandwich panels using wooden rafters (4) and a lag screw (5). The panels are formed of steel containers (3). The rafters are placed on the circumference of the structure. The steel containers and the rafters are integrated to each other by the lag screw. A reinforcement is placed below the structure for receiving a rolling platform (6) equipped with wheels (7) and a drawbar (8).

-1- La présente invention a pour objet un soubassement destiné à la construction d'une maison mobile genre mobile home et son procédé de réalisation. Actuellement les maisons mobiles sont construites sur un châssis et sont ensuite transportées sur leu= lieu de destination. Les chargements et déchargements de ces maisons mobiles sont couteux et de plus le châssis des dites maisons est fragile pour des raisons de poids et de prix. La présente invention remédie à ses inconvénients par la réalisation d'un soubassement à rigidité renforcée destiné à recevoir la construction de la maison mobile. L'invention consiste à remplacer avantageusement le châssis de la maison mobile par une structure soudée de profiles d'acier couvrant l'ensemble de la surface de la maison mobile.
