Description

La présente invention concerne le domaine technique de l'emballage du type enveloppe en matière plastique souple pour contenir des objets ou des articles de tous types. L'objet de l'invention concerne plus précisément un emballage du type 5 enveloppe en matière souple à caractère inviolable apte à contenir des objets à sécuriser tels que des documents ou des effets personnels. L'objet de l'invention trouve une application particulièrement avantageuse mais non exclusivement, pour le transport des effets personnels et des documents judiciaires d'un prévenu, c'est-à-dire d'une personne qui 10 répond d'un délit. Dans le domaine technique ci-dessus, il est connu un emballage comportant un sac réalisé en une matière plastique souple présentant une entrée d'accès à son volume interne fermé par l'intermédiaire d'un adhésif de sécurité. Un tel sac est destiné à contenir les effets personnels et les 15 documents judiciaires d'un détenu. Un tel emballage est pourvu d'une poignée de transport. Lors de ses différents déplacements, un tel prévenu peut difficilement transporter un tel emballage, dans la mesure où ses mains sont généralement menottées. Le transport de cet emballage par un 20 accompagnant constitue un risque de perte ou de permutation avec un autre emballage. D'une manière générale, il apparaît le besoin que des documents et/ou des effets personnels d'une personne puissent être transportés par ladite personne à l'aide d'un emballage, même si cette personne n'est pas 25 autonome (enfants, handicapés) ou si son état ne lui permet pas de porter avec ses mains, un tel emballage. L'objet de l'invention vise donc à remédier aux inconvénients de l'état de la technique en proposant un nouvel emballage adapté pour permettre de contenir des articles tout en offrant l'avantage de pouvoir être transportés 30 par une personne sans avoir recours spécifiquement à ses mains. Pour atteindre un tel objectif, l'emballage pour le transport d'articles est réalisé en une matière plastique souple comportant un sac délimitant au moins une poche dont le volume interne fermé est accessible par au moins une entrée d'accès, obturable par un moyen de fermeture. L'emballage comporte au moins un rabat fixé sur le sac de manière superposée pour délimiter un soufflet de passage pour la tête d'une personne, le soufflet débouchant dans une ouverture de part et d'autre de laquelle s'étendent respectivement le sac et le rabat, cette ouverture assurant le passage de la tête de la personne lorsque le rabat et le sac sont écartés l'un de l'autre. Par exemple, le rabat est formé par au moins une feuille simple ou double rapportée sur le sac ou prolongeant une ou des feuilles formant le sac. Selon une variante de réalisation, l'ouverture est réalisée par une ligne de fragilisation formée par une découpe ou une prédécoupe aménagée dans au moins une des feuilles formant le rabat. Selon une autre variante de réalisation, le rabat est rapporté sur le sac 15 de manière à délimiter l'ouverture de passage par l'espace laissé libre entre un bord du rabat et le sac. Par exemple, le rabat est fixé sur le sac par au moins deux bords opposés adaptés pour délimiter le soufflet de passage. Avantageusement, le rabat est fixé sur le sac par des soudures 20 réalisées simultanément ou non, aux soudures formant la poche du sac. Quoiqu'il en soit, cette ligne de fragilisation est située par rapport à la soudure transversale 13, à l'extérieur de la poche 3. Dans l'exemple illustré à la Fig. 6, l'ouverture 19 est réalisée par l'espace laissé libre entre le bord transversal 162 du rabat 16 et le sac 2. Selon une variante avantageuse de réalisation, l'entrée d'accès 5 pour la poche 3 est aménagée le plus près possible du bord transversal dit haut 11 de manière qu'en position d'utilisation de l'emballage, les articles placés dans la poche 3 puissent y rester, même si l'entrée d'accès 5 n'est pas fermée. Il apparaît que l'ouverture de passage 19 est bordée de part et d'autre, au niveau des bords longitudinaux du sac et du rabat, par les soudures 12 et/ou 24. En effet, il doit être compris qu'il existe de préférence une continuité des soudures 12 et/ou 24 au niveau des bords longitudinaux 8, 9 de manière à servir de zones d'arrêt d'écartement pour le rabat 16. En effet, il peut être envisagé que la ligne de fragilisation et par suite l'ouverture 19 ne s'étende pas jusqu'aux soudures 12 ou 24. De préférence, l'ouverture 19 s'étend jusqu'aux soudures 12 ou 24. Il est à noter qu'il peut être envisagé avantageusement d'entourer, au moins partiellement voire de préférence sur tout son pourtour, l'ouverture 19 par une soudure. Cette soudure permet ainsi de rigidifier et renforcer la feuille plastique et d'éviter une déchirure lors de l'écartement relatif entre le rabat 16 et le sac 2.
