Abstract
La fiabilité opérationnelle d'un caloduc 200 prévu pour transporter la chaleur dissipée par un composant électronique 101 vers un échangeur thermique 300 est testée en utilisant le caloduc en sens inverse, par un apport d'énergie sous forme de chaleur au niveau de l'échangeur 300, et en mesurant le délai de propagation DeltaP de la chaleur depuis l'échangeur jusqu'au composant électronique.Application aux tests de caloducs dans des calculateurs embarqués.
