Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a programmable mechanical device which makes it possible to produce and control over time movements or sequences of multidimensional articular physiological movements applied synchronously to each of the three spinal segments and the lower limbs of a user. resting freely on the back. In the field of prolonged passive joint mobilization of the entire body a mechanical device allows efficiency only one see two professionals are not able to perform manually. However, such a device deserves special attention because to simultaneously mobilize the maximum 1 of spinal joints and knees in several planes of space, the problem arises of the large number of motion generators to implement. This results in additional power consumption, a need for expensive equipment and a congestion problem and a source of increased noise and vibration. the device according to the invention overcomes this disadvantage. It allows the simultaneous mobilization of each of the three spinal segments in two distinct planes of physiological movements, plus knee flexion, with only two generators of motion. It is composed of an intermediate thorax support, mobilized in vertical and horizontal translation by two motion generators and which transmits to the two other supports pelvis + lower limbs and head its mobilizing forces in rotary movements around axes arranged for this purpose . The transmission of translational forces in translation in rotation is enabled by a system of gimbals, inter-support and inter-resistant levers and compensation slip planes.
The resultant of this combination of mechanical movements is right and left physiological inclination, flexion and physiological extension of the spine and flexion and extension of the knees. The attached drawings illustrate the invention. FIG. 1 represents a schematic side view of the device of the invention.
-10 -15 20 Figure 2 shows a schematic top view of the device of the invention. With reference to these drawings, the device comprises a thorax support (1) -2 mobilized in horizontal translation by the horizontal motion generator (2) on the horizontal translation slide (3) integral with the vertical translation frame (4). By direct transmission, the support pelvis + thighs (5), the mobile hunting of the legs (6) and the leg support (7) are driven, by an inter-support lever, in S rotary movement around the vertical axis of the lumbar gimbal (8) and vertical axis of lumbar rotation (9). At the same time, the head support (10) is driven, by an inter-resistant lever, rotatably about the vertical axis of the main gimbal (11) which is integral with the main hunt (12) at the point head fixation (13). The articular physiological movements produced are the right and left inclinations of the three spinal segments. The thorax support (1) and its horizontal translation slide (3) are jointly mobilized in vertical translation by the vertical motion generator (16) on the vertical translation slides (17) integral with the main hunt (12). By direct transmission, the pelvis + thigh support (5) is driven by an inter-support lever, in rotary movement around the horizontal axis of the lumbar transmission gimbal (8) and the horizontal axis of lumbar rotation (9). ). At the same time, the leg support (7) is driven in a rotational movement about the axis of flexion of the knees (18) and translation on the bending slide of the legs (19) itself articulated with the mobile hunt legs (6). always in the same time, the head support (10) is driven, by an inter-resistant lever, rotatably about the horizontal axis of the head gimbal (11) which is secured to the main hunt (12) at level of the head fixation point (13). The articular physiological movements produced are the flexions and extension of the three spinal segments and knees. 25 slides and compensating axes (14) make it possible to compensate for the additional slips generated during the passage of vertical and horizontal translation movements in rotational movements and to preserve the integrity of the kinematic chain. for ergonomic and efficiency purposes, the device is adjustable to the size of the user by the clearance of the chest support adjustment slides (21). a programmer equipped with a system for controlling the stress variation S -3- of the user (20) adjusts the work of the movement generators (2) and (16) thus making it possible to execute defined programs or to leave the device executes the movement sequences in amplitudes, speed and direction selected according to the desired stress response. An audio earphone system (15) provides a relaxation or musical message to enhance the desired effects. The device according to the invention is particularly intended to facilitate the practice of neuromuscular relaxation, the release and the maintenance of the articular amplitudes. -10 -15 20
