Description
-1- - DESCRIPTION - La présente invention concerne un appareil deThe present invention relates to an apparatus for
musculation et/ou de rééducation consistant à tourner une manivelle avec une ou deux mains pour déplacer et entraîner un ensemble mécanique à couple ajustable du type vélo d'appartement et permettant, en fonction de la position du corps de l'opérateur, de tonifier tous les muscles en un seul geste. weight training and / or rehabilitation consisting in turning a crank with one or two hands to move and drive a mechanical assembly with adjustable torque of the type of exercise bike and allowing, depending on the position of the body of the operator, to tone all the muscles in one gesture.
It is good to know that there are already many proposals for weight machines and / or rehabilitation to turn a crank. Research at the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property) asserts three patents such as: EP 1566204 of August 24, 2005, US 4772015 of September 20, 1988, US 4773398 of September 27, 1988. These three patents show devices with functions at about the same. That is to say those where the operator positions his feet and / or his body to work mainly the upper muscles of his body. However, according to these conditions, he has no foot movement for research, for example, a new support requiring the action of other muscles. There are other very effective weight machines such as; the side or center puller and the elliptical trainer, but they have some disadvantages. Indeed, some muscles are insufficiently stressed in effort and movement. The same goes for the joints, the rib cage and the spine. The apparatus of the invention overcomes these disadvantages. It has indeed an adjustable crank axis at the height of man through mechanical means mounted on a mechanical assembly from a bicycle. The lever arm of the crank is telescopic, it is adjustable in length to describe circles of radius larger or smaller. The operator chooses, according to the type of movement sought, to position his body facing the mechanism or turn it to the side. When the operator actuates the crank, the axis of rotation moves simultaneously, forcing the operator to change the support position of his feet on the ground or on a tilting platform. The invention is described below with the aid of two examples and references to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is a plan view of a first version of the apparatus according to a gantry mounting, 35 25 30 -2
FIG. 2 is a plan view of a second version of the apparatus according to a base consisting of a home bike mechanic, FIG. 3 is a view on the side of the second version apparatus, FIG. a detailed view of the equipment screw / nut.
The apparatus shown in FIG. 1, in a first version, comprises a gantry (15) whose two columns (141, 142) are braced and mounted on feet fixed to the ground (25). According to the desired rigidity of the assembly the gantry is moored to the ceiling by a shoring system (17). On the columns (14) a cage (13) slides. The equipment of the cage comprises at its lower part the mechanical assembly (2) with adjustable torque (10) of the home bike type whose output axis (23) is coupled to the axis (3) of the crank (1) by mechanical means (5 ') of the belt / pulley or sprocket / chain type. The choice of the direction of rotation of the crank is given by a gearbox (21) controlled by a lever (20) with two positions. From the same gear case (21) comes a rack (24) or a rope attached to the gantry. As soon as the operator (7) turns the crank, its axis drives gears which raise or lower by one value (Ah) the whole cage (13) at a speed set by a control lever (16). . The apparatus represented by FIGS. 2 and 3 according to a second version comprises a mechanical assembly (2) with an adjustable torque (10) of the type of exercise bike (4) fixed to the ground (32) and, on request, also fixed on the ceiling by a shoring system (19). The axis (3) of the crank (1) is connected to the axis (23) of the output of the basic mechanical assembly (2) through a mechanical means (5) comprising a shaft equipped with a pulley assembly / belt or sprocket / chain (22). At the top, as in the first version, a gearbox (21) controlled by a lever (20) allows to choose the direction of rotation of the crank. As soon as the operator (7) actuates the crank, the latter causes, on the one hand, the rotation of the axis (23) of the mechanical assembly (2) and, on the other hand, the rotation of the axis (31). a worm gear housing (12) moored to a large articulated screw (11) (29) on the structure. The action of the housing has the effect of varying the inclination (x) of the shaft of the mechanical hub (5) and thus also to move the axis (3) of the crank (1) from A to B for a variation in height of (Oh). This variation of the position of the axis (3) from A to B or from B to A causes the operator (7) to change the position of his feet (26) on the floor or on a tilting platform (27) while turning the crank.
10 15 20 25 30Figure 4 shows a screw / nut system according to one embodiment. Indeed it comprises a casing (12) worm hinged on an axis (31) on which a chain (28) provides the coupling with the gear housing (21). The toothed wheel (33) of the housing (12) transmits its rotation to a ball nut (34) mounted on a large ball screw (11). The latter is on one side articulated on the structure by an axis (29) and the other sliding in a slide (30) constructed in an arc. After adjusting the height of the shaft (3) it is also possible to adjust the length of the telescopic lever arm (6) of the crank for both versions (Figures 1 and 2). The length of the lever arm (1) defines the radius of circle to be scanned (RI ù R2) that is fixed by a locking screw (8). On the other hand a rotating handle (9) promotes the grip of the operator (7). The latter, in the case of maneuvering on the side can have a crank-shaped crankshaft with two rotating handles. According to another mode of use of the apparatus, concerning the second version, the feet of the operator are fixed by fasteners to obtain positions ordered by the instructor according to the type of work of the body sought. On the other hand the apparatus, according to the two versions, can be equipped with an electronic box (18) giving the information of physical expenses of the operator such as the calories, the duration ... The apparatus according to the invention should find a place in sports halls and at home by a major and original contribution to bodybuilding. 10 15 20 25 30
