DISPOSITIF DE BLOCAGE ET CHAUSSURE EQUIPEE D'UN TEL DISPOSITIFLOCKING DEVICE AND SHOE EQUIPPED WITH SUCH A DEVICE
The present invention relates to a locking device of at least one strand, this strand being for example a lace or a link for clamping a shoe, a garment or a bag. The device will find particular application in the textile field, especially for the manufacture of sporting goods. The locking device will preferably be implemented by the manufacturers of plastic products. There are known blocking devices comprising a body inside which a locking piece slides, and through which passes at least one strand, a first position of the locking piece in the body allowing the immobilization of the strand. inside thereof, and a second position of the locking member in the body allowing free movement of the strand within said body to allow its adjustment, and thus clamping or loosening of this strand. Such a design is in particular known and described in the patent application FR 0.501.417 which refers to a blocker arranged, for example, on a sports shoe to allow lacing and locking of the lace. Such locking devices allow a quick and easy tightening of the link by a simple action on the strand and on the locking piece. However, the link tends to loosen on the device during its use. Indeed, in intensive conditions, and especially in sporting conditions, the locking piece can move in the second position on the body according to which the strand is released and can therefore allow loosening on the article. The present invention aims to overcome this disadvantage, and proposes for this a locking device of at least one strand, including a lace or a link for clamping on a shoe, on a garment or on a bag. The device comprises a body within which a locking piece slides, the strand passing through the body, the locking piece being able to occupy two positions on the body. According to the first position, the locking piece immobilizes the strand inside the body, and in the second position, the locking piece leaves the strand free inside the body, said strand being able to move freely. The device is remarkable in that it comprises a non-return system arranged to keep locked the locking piece on the body when it is in the first position where it immobilizes the strand. The anti-return system has the advantage of preventing the positioning of the locking piece in the second position, which ensures the immobilization of the strand inside the body as the anti-return system remains active. According to a first design mode of the locking device, the 1 o non-return system consists of a body support part, the support part and the body comprising receiving means. These receiving means are arranged to ensure the positioning and maintenance of the body on the support piece when the locking piece is in the first position on the body. This positioning and holding of the body makes it possible to preserve the locking piece in the first position inside the body according to which the strand is immobilized. According to this design mode, the receiving means comprise a peg projecting from one of the faces of the support piece, namely the adjacent face and in contact with the body when it is positioned on said support piece. . These receiving means also comprise an orifice which is arranged on at least the face of the body adjoining the workpiece, said orifice cooperating with the tenon and allowing its insertion inside the body. Insertion of the tenon inside the body makes it possible to prevent the return of the locking piece in the second position where the strand is free to move. In fact, the tenon inserted into the body has the advantage of being in abutment on the locking piece and thus of immobilizing it in the first position on the body. According to a second mode of design of the locking device according to the invention, the body comprises on at least one of its faces a longitudinal lumen, and the locking piece comprises a protuberance which is arranged to cooperate with said longitudinal lumen on the body and guide said blocking piece in translation relative to the body, in the longitudinal direction of the light. The anti-return system consists of an abutment piece which is hinged to the body so as, on the one hand, to be positioned in a locking position where the locking piece can slide in the second position on the body, and, secondly, to be positioned in a second locking position when the locking piece is previously slid in the first position on the body, said stop piece then bearing on the protrusion to block it in position in the light . Thus the locking piece is immobilized in position in the first position, which ensures a maintenance of the immobilized strand inside the 1 o body. The present invention also relates to a shoe which comprises a sole surmounted by an open shank to allow the passage of the foot. This rod comprises at least two lateral quarters between which is arranged at least one clamping strand, such as a lace, for connecting and clamping 15 the two quarters. The shoe is remarkable in that it is equipped with at least one locking device according to the present invention, said locking device allowing the reception of at least one of the ends of the strand to ensure the maintenance of the clamping between the two quarters of the stem. Other objects and advantages of the present invention will appear on reading the following description of different modes of design of the locking device which are based on figures, among which: FIGS. 1 to 4 represent a first embodiment of FIG. design of the locking device, according to the present invention, according to several steps of positioning the body on the support piece; FIGS. 5 to 8 show an alternative embodiment according to this first design mode of the locking device having several steps for positioning the body on the support part enabling the anti-return system to be activated; Figures 9 and 10 show the body and the locking piece, respectively in the first position and the second position; - Figures 11 to 14 show a second mode of design of the locking device according to the invention, seen from the front and side, when the locking piece is in the first position on the body and the anti-return system is activated , and when the locking piece is in second position on the body and the non-return system is deactivated; - Figures 15 and 16 show a shoe equipped with a locking device according to the present invention. According to the invention, the locking device 1 allows the blocking of at least one 3.5 strand, this strand being in particular of the type of lace or tightening tie provided on the shoes, on the clothes or on the bags. As represented in FIGS. 9 and 10, the locking device 1 comprises a body 7 inside which a locking piece 9 slides and through which the strand 3, 5 passes. Preferably, the device allows the blocking of two strands 3 and 5; however, its design allows it to block a single strand. The locking piece may be arranged in two positions on the body 7, respectively represented in FIGS. 9 and 10. In the first position, represented in FIG. 9, the locking piece is arranged on the body 7 in the lower part of the latter. this. According to this first position, the locking piece 9 allows the two strands 3 and 5 to be immobilized simultaneously at the inside of the body. According to the second position, represented in FIG. 10, the locking piece is in the upper position inside the body which defines a more flared zone than the lower part in which the body 7 has a dimension greater than that of the piece of blocking 9. In this second position, the blocking part 9 therefore leaves the strands 3, 5 free in displacement inside the body 7, these strands 3, 5 then being able to move relative to the body, which therefore allows the loosening of the shoe, the garment or the bag, for example. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 8, and 11 to 14, the locking device 1 comprises a non-return system which is arranged to hold the locking piece 9 locked when it is in the first position on the body 7. Thus, the anti-return system ensures the immobilization of the strands 3, 5 in the locked position inside the body 7, the locking piece 9 being immobilized in the first position, given its blocking by the anti-lock system. return. Figures 1 to 4 show a first design mode of the locking device 1 according to the present invention. As shown in these figures 1 to 4, the locking device 1 comprises a non-return system which consists of a support piece 11 of the body 7. For this, the support piece 11 and the body 7 comprise means receiving members which are arranged to position and hold the body 7 on the support piece 11 when the blocking piece 1 o is in the first position on the body 7. The positioning of the body 7 on the support piece 11 makes it possible to preserve the locking piece 9 in the first position inside the body 7, which ensures the immobilization of the strand 3, 5. The receiving means comprise a pin 13 which is arranged projecting on one of the faces 15 of the support member 11, this face 15 being adjacent to the body 7. The body 7 comprises an orifice 17 which is arranged on at least the face 19 which is adjacent to the face 15 of the support member 11. This orifice 17 is arranged on the face 19 of the body 7 so to allow the insertion of the tenon 13 inside said body 7, when the locking piece 9 is in the first position on the body 7. When the pin 13 is inserted into the orifice 17 and penetrated to the inside the body 7, it prevents the return of the locking piece 9 in the second position. Preferably and without limitation, the body 7 comprises at least on its front face a longitudinal slot 20 and the locking piece 9 comprises a protrusion 21. This protuberance 21 is arranged to cooperate with the longitudinal lumen 20 and allow the guiding translation of the locking piece 9 relative to the body 7 to allow its sliding in the first position or in the second position. This positioning of the longitudinal lumen 20 can also be provided on the rear face of the body 7, in which case the protrusion 21 is also provided on the rear face of the locking piece to cooperate with said light 20.
However, its arrangement on the front face is intended to allow the manipulation of the locking piece 9, acting on the protrusion 21, when the body 7 is positioned on the support member 11, the tenon 13 being ready to be engaged in the orifice 17, once the locking piece 9 placed in the first position on the body 7. According to a preferred embodiment, the orifice 17 is distinct from the longitudinal slot 20, as shown in FIG. However, provision can be made for the orifice 17 to be in the continuity of the longitudinal lumen 20, in particular when this lumen 20 is provided opening 1 o on the two front and rear faces of the body 7, as represented in FIG. 9. This orifice 17 is disposed in the extension of the light 20 on the body 7, the orifice 17 is separated from the light 20 or arranged in the continuity thereof. According to this design of the non-return system, the pin 13 on the support member 11 has an alternative embodiment as shown in Figures 5 to 8; indeed, the pin 13 comprises on its lower side 28 a corrugated shape, this corrugated shape being arranged to abut on the locking piece 9 and allow its sliding from the second position to the first position when the pin 13 is engaged in the Thus, it is no longer necessary to exert a manual action on the protuberance 21 in order to position the locking piece 9 in the first position, when positioning the body 7 on the support piece 11, said positioning of the locking piece 9 in the first position being provided by the undulating shape on the lower side 28 of the pin 13. 25 This corrugated shape is as shown in Figures 5 to 8. The pin 13 has at its distal end 14 on its lower side 28, a concavity, so that the distal end 14 is of smaller width than that of the proximal end 16 of the post 13. These widths at the outer end 14 and the proximal end 16 are dimensioned so that when the distal end of the pin 13 is engaged in the orifice 17 of the body, the locking piece is in the second position, and then when the pin 13 is inserted completely into the orifice 17, the proximal end of said pin 13 bears on the upper part of the locking piece 9, thus allowing it to slide in the first position inside the body 7.
According to this first design mode, and as shown in Figures 1 to 4, the receiving means comprise at least one positioning tab 23 in which is housed the lower end 25 of the body 7 prior to the insertion of the pin 13 in the orifice 17. This positioning tab 23 and the lower end 25 of the body 7 are preferably of rounded shape, which facilitates the pivoting of the body 7 with respect to the support part 11 during the positioning the stud 13 inside the orifice 17. This rounded shape also requires the body 7 to be properly positioned on the tab 23 so as to have, first of all, the orifice 17 facing each other. pin 13, then insert said pin 13 into the orifice 17 by pivoting the body 7 relative to the support part 11, thanks to the rounded shapes arranged on these two parts. According to this embodiment of the non-return system, and according to the variant embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, the receiving means comprise a pivot connection 26 which is arranged between the lower end of the body 7 and the support, this pivot connection for engaging the pin 13 in the orifice 17 or its release thereof depending on the pivoting direction of the body 7 relative to the support member 11. For this, the lower end of the body 7 has on its lateral sides two pivot axes 26a which fit into two pivoting orifices 26b which are arranged on the lateral sides of the support part 11, constituting the female parts receiving the pivot axes 26a. However, it is possible to envisage an inverse solution, according to which the pivot axes are arranged on the lateral sides of the support piece 11 and the orifices are arranged on the lateral sides of the body 7 at its lower end. According to this alternative embodiment of the non-return system shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, the pin 13 has a stop 30 arranged in the upper part of its distal end 14. This stop 30 is arranged to limit the pivoting of the body 7 with respect to the support member 11, during the release of the pin 13 from the orifice 17. Thus, the body 7 pivots relative to the support member 11 until reaching the stop 30 on which it remains locked in position, which avoids the body 7 is pivoted on the stop 30, the locking piece 9 corresponds with the concavity formed on the lower side of the post 13, at its distal end, which allows sliding said locking piece 9 to position it in the concavity, said piece 9 being then in the second position in which the strand 3,5 is released relative to the body 7. According to this first embodiment tion, the receiving means comprise clipping means of the body during its positioning on the support member 11, as shown in Figures 1 to 8. These clipping means are arranged to maintain the body 7 fixed on said piece of support, and thus preserve the pin 13 inserted into the orifice 17. According to a first embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 4, these clipping means consist of: on the one hand, a pin 27 disposed projecting on the face 15 the support piece 11, the pin 27 being provided at its distal end with a bead 29; on the other hand, an orifice 31 which is preferably arranged at the upper end of the body 7, said orifice 31 corresponding with the pin 27 when the body 7 is positioned on the support piece 11. When positioning the body 7 on the support member 11, the pin 27 is positioned in the orifice 31 which is opening over the entire thickness of the body 7; the bead 29 then passes through the body 7 through the orifice 31, to exit on the front face of the body 7. Thus, the bead 29 makes it possible to keep the body 7 pivoted and supported on the support piece 11 According to the variant embodiment of this first design mode, represented in FIGS. 5 to 8, the clipping means consist of a tab 32 which is arranged in the upper part of the support part 11. This tab 32 and the end upper body 7 preferably has a rounded shape which promotes the engagement and clipping of the upper end of the body 7 on the tab 32, during its positioning on said support member 11. Preferably, this tab 32 is arranged on the support piece 11 when the locking device 1 provides the pivot connection 26 between the lower end of the body 7 and the support piece 11.
