concerne une commande d'embrayage de véhicule automobile. relates to a clutch control of a motor vehicle.
Plus précisément, elle concerne un dispositif de commande cylindrique d'embrayage comprenant un piston annulaire qui coulisse sur un tube guide sous l'effet d'une poussée hydraulique, de manière à repousser les becs de diaphragme de l'embrayage par l'intermédiaire d'un roulement. Le couple délivré par un moteur thermique présente des oscillations qui génèrent des vibrations, dès le départ de la chaîne cinématique, en direction des roues du véhicule. Lorsque l'embrayage d'entrée de la transmission est actionné par une butée annulaire qui repousse les becs du diaphragme, celle-ci est fortement sollicitée par ces vibrations. Un risque de détérioration peut ainsi apparaître sur la butée annulaire. La présente invention vise à résoudre ce problème, en introduisant dans le dispositif de commande d'embrayage, un élément d'amortissement des vibrations générées par le moteur. Dans ce but, elle propose de rajouter une rondelle élastique tendant à plaquer le roulement des becs de 25 diaphragme contre le piston. De préférence, cette rondelle est intercalée entre le piston et le roulement, par exemple entre la bague intérieure du roulement, et un clip de fixation de celle-ci sur le tube guide du piston. 2909148 - 2 -D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de la présente invention apparaîtront clairement à la lecture de la description suivante d'un mode de réalisation non limitatif, de celle-ci, en liaison avec les dessins 5 annexés, sur lesquels : - la figure 1 est une vue d'ensemble d'un dispositif de commande concerné, - la figure 2 est une coupe longitudinale de ce dispositif, 10 - la figure 3 est un agrandissement partiel de la figure 2, et - la figure 4 est une vue de face de la rondelle proposée. Le dispositif de commande hydraulique 1, dont on 15 aperçoit sur la figure 1 le soufflet d'étanchéité extérieur 2, le conduit d'alimentation d'huile 3, et une bride de fixation 4, présente un piston annulaire 6 qui coulisse sur un tube guide 7 (visible sur les figures 2 et 3), sous effet d'une poussée hydraulique. Pour ouvrir 20 l'embrayage, le piston repousse les becs de diaphragme 5 de l'embrayage (cf. figures 2 et 3), par l'intermédiaire de leur roulement 8, placé à distance du piston sur la figure 1. En fonctionnement, le roulement 8 est plaqué, par une rondelle 9, contre le piston 6. Enfin, l'éclaté de la figure 1 fait ressortir un clip de fixation 11, de la rondelle 9 sur le roulement 8. Sur la coupe de la figure 2, apparaissent notamment l'arbre primaire 12 de la boîte de vitesse associée à l'embrayage, le carter 13 de l'embrayage, et le tube 2909148 3 guide 7, sur lequel coulisse le piston 6. Ce dernier est en appui contre la bague intérieure 8a du roulement 8, tandis que la bague extérieure 8b de ce dernier, repose contre les becs de diaphragme 5. Enfin, on voit 5 l'emplacement du ressort d'appui 14 du soufflet 2, et on retrouve la rondelle 9 intercalée entre le piston 6 et le roulement 8. L'agrandissement de la figure 3 montre la disposition particulière de la rondelle 9 entre la bague 10 intérieure 8a du roulement et le clip de fixation 11 de celle-ci sur le tube guide 7 mentionné sur la figure 1. On voit par ailleurs le jonc d'arrêt du piston 15, et une deuxième rondelle 16, en appui contre la bague intérieure du roulement 8a et contre le piston 6. La deuxième 15 rondelle 16 est également élastique. Elle a une fonction antivibratoire, et vise plus précisément à isoler le roulement 8, des vibrations du piston 6, en absorbant ces vibrations. Conformément à l'invention, la première rondelle 9 20 est immobilisée en rotation vis-à-vis du piston 6. Un mode de réalisation non limitatif de la rondelle 9 est illustré par la figure 4, sur laquelle elle présente des encoches intérieures 9a, traversées par des pattes 11a du clip de fixation 11 de la bague intérieure 8a du 25 roulement 8, sur le piston annulaire 6. Sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, la rondelle 9 peut présenter d'autres géométries, pourvu qu'elle laisse passer les pattes du clip 11 (par exemple avec des encoches extérieures comme sur la figure 1), et être ainsi 2909148 - 4 - immobilisée en rotation par rapport au piston 6. Cette deuxième rondelle 16 est de préférence métallique, de manière à avoir une résistance suffisante aux vibrations subies. Further features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent upon reading the following description of a non-limiting embodiment thereof, in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is an overall view of a control device concerned, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal section of this device, FIG. 3 is a partial enlargement of FIG. 2, and FIG. front of the proposed washer. The hydraulic control device 1, which can be seen in FIG. 1, the external sealing bellows 2, the oil supply duct 3, and a fixing flange 4, has an annular piston 6 which slides on a tube guide 7 (visible in Figures 2 and 3), under the effect of a hydraulic thrust. To open the clutch, the piston pushes the diaphragm nibs 5 of the clutch (see FIGS. 2 and 3), through their bearing 8, placed at a distance from the piston in FIG. the bearing 8 is pressed, by a washer 9, against the piston 6. Finally, the exploded view of FIG. 1 shows a fastening clip 11, of the washer 9 on the bearing 8. A non-limiting embodiment of the washer 9 is illustrated in FIG. 4, on which it has internal notches 9a, 11, through the fastening clip 11 of the inner ring 8a of the bearing 8, on the annular piston 6. Without departing from the scope of the invention, the washer 9 may have other geometries, provided that it leaves pass the tabs of the clip 11 (for example with external notches as in Figure 1), and thus be immobilized in rotation relative to the piston 6. This second washer 16 is preferably metallic, so as to have a sufficient resistance to vibrations.
