Abstract

The device for draining, drying and storing flexible pipes (8) that transfer the wine or grape juice, comprises a support (1) receiving a vertical drum (3) rotating around a longitudinal axis (4), a rod assembly (5-15) of vertical maintenance (6) uniformly distributed on its periphery, and a series of notches for reception of the pipes. The series of notches are placed one above the other along their length to allow the installation and maintenance of the flexible tubes spirally rolled around the drum so that the pipes are drained by gravity.
