Abstract

The apparatus has a motor case (1) with a reception base (11) to receive a work container (2). The container has an envelope (20) mounted on a base (21) supporting a working tool rotatably driven with respect to the case. PARTICULIERS D'IMMOBILISATION DU RECIPIENT La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique général des appareils électroménagers de préparation culinaire comprenant un boîtier moteur et un récipient de travail prévu pour s'engager verticalement sur le boîtier moteur, sans verrouillage du récipient sur le socle par un mouvement de rotation, et concerne plus particulièrement un appareil comportant une commande de sécurité portée par le boîtier empêchant le fonctionnement du moteur lorsque le récipient n'est pas correctement monté sur l'embase amovible. Il est connu, de la demande de brevet GB 2 134 804, un appareil de préparation culinaire comportant un boîtier moteur sur lequel peut s'engager un récipient de travail par un simple mouvement de translation, l'appareil comportant une commande de sécurité empêchant le fonctionnement du moteur lorsque le récipient n'est pas posé sur le socle du boîtier moteur. Pour ce faire, la commande de sécurité est actionnée par un doigt porté par le récipient de sorte que l'appareil ne peut pas fonctionner en l'absence de ce dernier. Une telle commande de sécurité est habituellement munie d'un ressort de rappel assurant le retour de la commande de sécurité dans une position de repos empêchant le fonctionnement du moteur lorsque le récipient est ôté du boîtier moteur. An appliance for cooking preparation comprising a motor housing (1) provided with a receiving base (11) for a working receptacle (2), the working receptacle (2) comprising a casing (20) surmounting a base (21) supporting a rotary tool (4) intended to be rotated by said motor housing (1), said base (5) being provided to be engaged on said receiving base (11) by a simple translational movement, said motor housing (1) having a safety control (5) which is returned to a rest position by return means (6) and which is moved to an active position by an actuator element (22) carried by the work container (2), characterized in that said base (11) or said container (2) comprises resilient locking means (8,80) respectively cooperating with said container (2) or said base (11) to generate a force of sufficient blockage to immobilize axi the container (2) on the base (11) against the force generated by the return means (6) of the safety control (5).

2. Electrical household food preparation appliance according to claim 1, characterized in that said elastic locking means (8,80) are provided to unlock automatically when the force exerted on the latter during the lifting of the working container (2) exceeds a predetermined threshold.

Electrical household food preparation appliance according to claim 2, characterized in that said force from which the locking means (8,80) is unlocked automatically is greater than the force exerted by the return means (6) of the safety control (5) and is smaller than the weight of the motor housing (1).

Electrical household food preparation appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that said locking means are constituted by one or more elastic tabs (8) having a boss (80) to engage in a cavity (220) adapted to ensure the immobilization of the container (2) on the base (11) of the motor housing (1).

5. Household electrical appliance according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that said locking means are constituted by two elastic tongues (8) disposed at 180 from one another.

6. Electrical household food preparation appliance according to any one of claims 4 to 5, characterized in that said resilient tongues (8) are carried by the base (11) and engage in openings (220) carried by tabs (22) projecting into the base (21).

Electrical household appliance for culinary preparation according to any one of claims 4 to 6, characterized in that said elastic tongues (8) are carried by a support piece (9) which is attached to the motor housing (1).

8. Electrical household food preparation appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that said container (2) is arranged to be disposed on said receiving base (11) in one or more predetermined angular positions.
