Abstract
Description
NOUVELLE GENERATION DE PANSEMENTS LAVABLES ET REUTILISABLES CetteNEW GENERATION OF WASHABLE AND REUSABLE DRESSINGS This
50 The invention relates to a new generation of dressings which allows a much lighter induced waste management: in fact these soiled dressings are washable and reusable 30 times. The dressings used in our invention pump the moisture and contribute by the constant heat induced to the oxygenation of the human tissue. They also allow deep penetration of lotions, ointments that are deposited but note that they are treated antibacterial. The composition of the dressing is as follows: Support woven with new fibers that includes ZrO2 (zirconium dioxide) molecule that has the particularity of reflecting infrared rays. It is a natural barrier to these rays that they come from an external heat source or the human body. (know that the energy escapes from the epidermis by conduction and by radiation, the layer of air trapped in the fibers reduces the conduction towards the outside, but only a molecular barrier can limit its radiation. the support provides a very effective protection.) - Using the applications of micro-channel fibers, this fabric removes moisture and dries the wound, (put a pad of 20 compresses between the actual dressing and its fixation) - On the other hand, as a barrier to infrared rays, it induces a lasting molecular thermal comfort, thus giving the dressing the ability to reoxygenate the injured tissue, - By the deep penetration capacity of the IRLs, it also causes the 25 lotions, ointments, etc. which are deposited, giving the proposed treatment a better and faster absorption of products. - Due to its durable mechanical elasticity, this dressing adapts to the most diverse parts of the human body (finger for example) it must be proportionate to the surface to be covered, and maintained by an adhesive device or a file - Antibacterial treatment (Tinosan de Ciba: ecological) it has an immediate action 2 to know to prevent the development of bacteria, eliminating the bad smells. The ceramic contained in this fabric adds this property since it even has a function of limiting the development of bacteria. The composition of the fabric is as follows: Thermal fabric that supports its performance on the air trapped in the fibers. This is a new fiber that has ZrO2 (zirconium dioxide) molecule that has the particularity of reflecting infrared rays, so 2908312 40 to trap the heat emitted by the human body. Being furthermore made from fibers composed of crossed micro-channels, it allows the evacuation of moisture. This textile used for the manufacture of these new dressings is treated from the beginning antibacterial so that it does not need to be sterilized before use. How to use it: - Choose the appropriate dressing size to cover the cleaned wound, so that it overflows a little around the wound. - Apply it so that it adheres well on the skin, - Finish by fixing with adhesive or other material (filex for example) so that it is well maintained on the place to preserve . Another peculiarity: if more than moderate exudation, it is necessary to insert between the dressing and the fixation a cushion of compresses or cotton which will absorb the surplus of exudate. 50
