Abstract
Description
-1- La présente invention concerne les CAILLEBOTIS (ou DALLES PLEINES)The present invention relates to CAILLEBOTIS (or FULL SLABS)
I section I ù BAEL 91 révisé 99). PREFABRICATED reinforced concrete (possibly prestressed concrete) for cattle breeding in stabling, the same principle is applicable in pig farming. The following argument is established on the basis of breeding works; However, the same method can be used for any rectanqulaire tank with prefabricated concrete cover since said cover must be removable. These gratings will be designated in the following under the name of gratings stabilizers (or stabilizers). Figure 1 (plate 1/7) defines the geometry of a current work (as it would be achieved with the 10 existing products to date on the market). Note: These structures are usually long (sometimes more than 50 m). The depth of the pit usually varies from 2.00m to 3.00 m. They must be watertight (the animal effluents being an important factor in the pollution of groundwater). The realization of infrastructure (rafting and sails) is provided by craft companies with the resources (material and human) usual for this type of business. - The gratings must be dismountable (maintenance of the pit). The structures are dimensioned in accordance with the design regulations currently in force (ie 74 CCTG - Construction of Concrete Tanks and 62 Title I Section I - BAEL 91 Revised 99). For the purposes of these design regulations, the structures are placed in class A (tightness ensured by the reinforced concrete structure alone, cracking which is very detrimental for the pit side and detrimental for the land side). 25 For the most part, the application of these regulations leads to: - Consider 2 cases of loading (full pit / empty pit) In a full pit situation, the thrust of the lands acting as a favorable action can not be taken into account (Article IV-5 fasc.74) The service stress of the reinforcements placed on the slurry side face is greatly reduced (for example for a high adhesion bar with a diameter of 12 mm in steel of elastic limit fe = 500 MPa, the constraint admitted to may exceed 144 MPa, less than 125 MPa for HA14). Article IV 6-2-2-a of the fasc.74. The minimum diameter of these steels is 8 mm, the maximum spacing of 20 cm. For reinforcement on the face against the ground the service constraint is that provided for by the BAEL regulation (ie 250 or 200 MPa depending on the prejudicial or very prejudicial nature of the cracking). Article IV 6-2-2-a of the Fasc74. In common cases, cracking (earth side) is considered to be detrimental. - The minimum thickness of the walls is 15 cm (Article IV-6.2.3-a of the fasc.74) 40 - The walls of thickness greater than 15 cm are obligatorily armed in 2 layers. (Article IV-6.2.3-b of Fascicle 74). 2908118 -2- - The coating of the frames is 5cm on the pit side, 3cm on the ground side. (IV-6.2.3.d). To justify the interest of the present invention, I will proceed in two parts: Analysis of the solutions currently implemented Analysis of the proposed solution (grating stabilizer).
NB: The study will be carried out on the basis of the work defined in figure 1. (plate 1/7) ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT SOLUTION The geometry of the structure is defined in cross-section - figure 1 (plate 1/7). The details of the sizing calculations can be provided on request.
Figure 8 (plate 7/7) defines the mechanical model of calculation retained in full pit situation. Note - The end B of the veil being free, the only solution of stability is to embed - in A - the veil in the raft. The embedding moment at the foot is 14.7 mkN. This moment leads to a veil 20 cm thick with a stretched steel section of 8.79 cm2 / m (a thinner veil would lead to too large steel sections and would hardly allow the support of the gratings) . The stretched face (marked T in the diagram - figure 8, plate 7/7) is on the slurry side. Figure 9 (plate 7/7) defines the mechanical model of calculation retained in empty pit situation.
It will be noted: The end B of the web abuts on the gratings The embedding moment in foot is 5.9 mkN. In the current part of the wall the bending moment is of the order of 3 mkN. The stretched face (mark T- figure 9, plate 7/7) is on the slurry side.
In an empty pit situation, gratings removed, the foot-in momentum is 18.4 mkN (ie a stretched steel section of 5.65 cm2 / m), the stretched face being this time against the ground. IN CONCLUSION: The solution currently adopted in this type of work has the following defects: - The stretched side is almost always on the side of slurry, this situation is very unfavorable with regard to the desired sealing qualities. The need for a veil 20 cm thick leads to 2 layers of reinforcement. For tensile reinforcement (slurry side) the calculation rules impose a minimum diameter of 8 mm, this requirement almost excludes the use of standard panels 35 welded mesh. The steel consumption per m3 of concrete is of the order of 95 kglm3. On the basis of current prices, the cost of materials (concrete + steel, delivered site) is about 370 euros / m of work (raft + 3 walls, not grating). 40 - It is difficult to envisage pits of more than 3.00m deep (heavy steel consumption).
OF THE SOLUTION PROPOSED BY THIS PATENT APPLICATION. The geometry of the structure is defined in cross-section (figure 2, plate 2/7). It should be noted that this solution allows the same volume of manure storage as before, the implementation of the infrastructure works (marks 1, 2 and 6) does not present any more difficulty than previously, the gratings (reference 3) are removable. The details of the sizing calculations can be provided on request. Figure 10 (plate 7/7) defines the mechanical model of calculation retained in full pit situation. Note: 10 - The abutment B - on the spoilers (mark 4) gratings - allows to consider a connection type joint (A) between the web and the raft. The maximum moment in the veil is 6.5 mkN which, for a veil of 15cm thick, leads to a stretched steel section of 2.5 cm2 / m - The stretched face (mark T, figure 10, board 7/7) is located on the ground.
Note: One is placed in the same situation as above (empty pit gratings removed). The moment is the same (18.4 mkN) for a stretched steel section of 5.65 cm2 / m. It should be noted, however, that the stretched face is located on the ground side, the sliding sheets at the head of the sail releasing the support (in B) on gratings. These products (linear sliding support) are widely used and widely marketed Note: The gratings can be dismantled without restriction in empty pit situations. In full pit situations, care should be taken not to dismantle more than one grating on two. IN CONCLUSION: The solution of stabilizing gratings has the following improvements compared to the solution currently practiced: - The stretched face is always on the ground side, thus, the concrete, which is required a tight behavior, is compressed. In addition, the compressive stress is relatively low (which makes it possible to predict good behavior of the structure over time). -All the sails are 15 cm thick, so they can be armed in a single sheet (besides the saving of materials and manpower, the placement of concrete in the formwork is facilitated). The minimum diameter of 8mm for reinforcement is no longer required; standard welded mesh panels can be used. The steel consumption per m3 of concrete is around 45 kg / m3 (less than half of the previous consumption). On the basis of current prices, the cost of materials (concrete + steel, delivered building site) is about 235 euros / m of work (raft + 3 walls, not grating) 2908118 -4- That is a saving of 135 euroslm of work, more than 35% savings. (It should be noted that these structures are often long, 50m and more) The gratings currently marketed lead to reasonable consumption of materials - to be limited to about 3.00 m depth of these pits. This forces, in order to allow a sufficient storage volume, to extend the floor area of the structures. In the solution of stabilizing gratings, one can envisage depths of 4.00 m and without doubt more; which makes it possible to reduce the floor area of the pits. The gratings being prefabricated in series, the cost incidence for shape subjection is low. INSTALLATION OF THE STABILIZING STRAWBERRIES Figure 3 (plate 3/7) indicates a possibility of laying gratings allowing to use only one type of mold.
Figure 4 (Plate 4/7) defines in plan the form of a grating. The slots are to adapt to the function of the grating (cattle or pig). These slots obviously do not exist for a prefabricated solid slab. Figures 5 and 6 (plate 5/7 - Details A and B) allow to take account of the execution tolerances. At the head of the central wall (reference 6) two inclined planes (reference 12) allow the 20 gratings to bear on this wall even if the width between the walls 2 and 6 is not strictly accurate (a tolerance of the order of 1 cm on this side may seem acceptable). A game (mark 11) between the arase of the wall and the underside of the grating allows the latter to position itself, this game can be obtained by lowering the base of the wall or by making a hollow in the underside of the grating.
Benchmark 12 is obtained: Pouring (profiled at the head of banche) By prefabricated part reported (placed at the head of banche or sealed after pouring the veil). The method works effectively only in the event of a wall stop (mark 2) on the spoiler (item 4). To ensure this stop, the introduction into the grooves (reference 9) of a metal bar (10) allows, by leverage, slippage of the grating and the abutment of the spoiler on the wall. See Figures 4 and 5. (Plates 4/7 and 5/7). SPECIAL SUBJECTS 35 Depending on the design of the barn and the constraints associated with rearing, there are sometimes pits where one of the corridors is covered by a solid slab, which may be uneven relative to the slatted floor (reference 14, figure 7, plate 6/7). The use of prefabricated solid slab (reference 13, Figure 7 - Plate 6/7) can then be considered on the principle explained above and with the same interest. 2908118 -5- These slabs sometimes have a wall about 40 cm high. Expectations (reference 8, figure 7, plate 6/7) can be installed in the prefabricated slab. In this case, the slabs will no longer be removable. This is also currently the case where we use pre-slats for these areas without gratings.
The gratings may include reservations allowing the wall to fulfill this function. Notes: The geometry of the gratings is given only as an indication, several solutions can be envisaged at this level. The innovation, object of the present patent application is mainly on: The abutment walls against the ground on a spoiler incorporated in the grating (or slab) prefabricated. The achievement of bias on the central wall allowing the structure to operate within the usual execution tolerances The establishment of sliding layer between the grating and the wall against the ground. - The realization of a slot to allow a lever to put the spoiler in abutment on the wall. In the two cases analyzed above (current gratings or stabilizing gratings) a treatment 20 of the resumption of concreting is necessary at the junction radiant veil (hydro-inflating joint, PVC blade, sealed mortar groove ...) 25 30 35 40
