Claims

1. Device for fixing a fastener on a lock of hair for the purpose of hanging on, to insert a jewel for hair or any other ornament which involves the passage of a lock of hair in a fastener on which is fixed the jewel or the ornament and which allows to interchange the jewel without renewing the fastening operation of the fastener. A. The embodiment of the device for attaching a fastener to a lock of hair according to claim 1, which comprises a tube acting as a fastener introduced on a threader-retractor formed of two rods which meet in the form of crushed V, where the lock of hair passes in the other end of the threader consisting of a bar connected to the spacer by which the tube is transferred by sliding on the lock of hair and the fastener (1) is positioned upwardly at the desired place. B. The embodiment of the device according to claim A, wherein is inserted a hook (3) crimped to a ring (4) in the clip (1) for fixing a jewel or an ornament for the hair. C. The embodiment of the device according to claim A and claim B, wherein the hook is inserted or introduced into the fastener (1), placed or arranged on or around a lock of hair. D. Method of execution of the device according to the preceding claims wherein the fastener (1) is introduced on a threader (10) through the conical end of this threader to the other end, in which one passes a lock of hair through one of the two mouths connected by a thread inserted in the threader shaft and in which the other loop exits through a cavity located after the part where the fastener (1 ).

An embodiment of the device for attaching a fastener (1) to a lock of hair according to the claim, characterized in that it comprises a cone (19) divisible into two parts (20), (21) and having a top on which is threaded a fastener (1), a tube (1 ') and a circular base (29) in which the lock of hair is introduced after division of the cone (19), and with respect to a hook on which a ring (4) is crimped is inserted into the fastener (1). 2907641 9

Device according to claim 2, characterized in that it comprises a threader (10) formed of a rod (11), a tube (1 F) or a pipe (11 ") hollow, one end is conical, the other end (13) retains the initial shape of the rod (11) and which further comprises an orifice (14) whose positioning is determined by the final position of the fastener (1).

4. Device according to claim 3, wherein the orifice (14) is placed in the center of the rod (11) after the attachment (1) and before the inflection caused by the conical end of the rod (II). .

5. Device according to claim 2, wherein there is a wire (15) provided at each end of two loops or rings (16) (17).

The device of claim 2 or claim 4, wherein the first loop (16) has a circumference of three to four centimeters and the second loop (17) has a circumference of three to twenty centimeters.

7. Device according to claim 4, characterized in that it comprises a fastener (1), the future receptacle of the jewel or ornament for the hair and an object 20 (19) having a circular base and a sum pointed with the shape of a cone.

8. Device according to claim 6, wherein the cone is divided into two parts (20, 21) which fit into one another. 25

9. Device according to claim 6, wherein the fastener (1) is introduced on the cone through the pointed end, it then retains only the portion including the circular base of the cone and insert a lock of hair, the element with the clip (1) is moved up to the desired location for the hair tie.
