Abstract

La présente invention vise à pallier à cet inconvénient de la technique antérieure et propose un bouchon avec compresseur d'air incorporé, permettant après rebouchage la mise sous pression du volume vide d'une bouteille entamée, quelle que soit l'importance du vide, afin d'empêcher que le gaz carbonique encore dissout dans la boisson devienne soluble et se disperse dans le vide de la bouteille; cela permet donc de conserver indéfiniment à la boisson son caractère gazeux et pétillant; cela permet aussi de conserver au vin son acidité volatile constitutionnelle, donc son aspect brillant et ses qualités gustatives originelles de nervosité et de fraîcheur, après rebouchage d'une bouteille entamée. Le bouchon à compresseur d'air selon l'invention pour bouteille à goulot muni d'un pas de vis (type soda et eau), est caractérisé par un corps de pompe incorporé au bouchon avec un cylindre et un piston sous l'action d'un ressort tendant constamment à le maintenir éloigné de la base du cylindre, celle-ci comporte une soupape aspirant l'air ambiant qui permet le remplissage d'air du cylindre et une soupape pour refouler l'air du cylindre vers le volume vide de la bouteille et de le comprimer. Suivant un autre mode de réalisation, le bouchon compresseur d'air selon l'invention pour bouteille en verre à goulot sans pas de vis (type Champagne et vin), comprend comme précédemment un cylindre muni d'un piston sous l'action d'un ressort de rappel et des soupapes d'aspiration et de refoulement de l'air pour comprimer l'air du volume vide de la bouteille; il est remarquable en ce que la fixation ferme du bouchon au goulot se fait au moyen d'une presse à vis qui comprend: un tube fileté mobile dans le sens vertical portant une ou plusieurs bagues élastiques et terminé par une portion de diamétre élargi, une bague-écrou fixe dans le sens vertical qui loge le filet de la tige filetée; la rotation de la bague-écrou permet le déplacement du tube dans le sens vertical, déformant par compression les bagues élastiques qui fixent fermement le bouchon au goulot.
