Le filtre de la cafetière est ainsi rempli de la quantité de café nécessaire, pour un nombre de tasses désiré ; chaque mesure du doseur correspondant à une tasse. Beaucoup de personnes ont des difficultés pour préparer un bon café ; elles ne savent pas quelles quantités de café il faut pour une tasse. Obtenir un bon café devient alors une expérience périlleuse et hasardeuse. Cette invention vient pallier à ces inconvénients, non seulement le problème du dosage précis est réglé, mais le problème de la conservation du café après ouverture est également réglé à cause du système de fermeture de la boite. Le café conserve alors toute sa saveur et son arôme bien plus longtemps. La boite en plastique ou en aluminium est alors utilisé comme une recharge ; après l'avoir vidé, on rachète son café habituel et on rempli de nouveau la boite. Le dispositif selon l'invention est constitué d'une boite pouvant contenir 250gr de café et d'un couvercle muni d'un doseur servant de mesure pour une tasse de café. A l'intérieur du couvercle se trouve un autre couvercle en plastique encastré dans le précédant, un axe permettant la rotation de tout le système. Cette rotation des deux couvercles l'un sur l'autre permet l'alignement de l'orifice du couvercle interne en plastique sur le goulot du doseur fixé sur le couvercle externe en aluminium. Le café contenu dans la boite peut alors descendre dans le doseur ; en tenant simplement la boite à l'envers. Quand le doseur est rempli, une simple rotation du couvercle muni du doseur, permet de désaxer le goulot de l'orifice du couvercle en plastique, ce qui arrête le flot du café vers le doseur. Ouvrir la base du doseur et libérer la quantité de café dans le filtre de la cafetière, répéter l'opération pour le nombre de tasses désiré. Ensuite ranger votre boite soit au réfrigérateur, soit dans un endroit frais et sec. Une variante de cette invention permet dans une boite plus grande d'une capacité de 1kg, d'utiliser un doseur gradué de 25 à 200gr (amovible), ce qui permet d'utiliser le doseur pour des boites différentes de la même série, destiné à la farine, au sucre, à la semoule, à la fécule... ; les boites débarrassées du doseur permettent une bonne conservation de ces différentes denrées. En référence à ces dessins le dispositif comporte, une boite cylindrique (8), munie des points de fixation (6),qui en s'accrochant aux rainures (12) du couvercle intérieur (7) permettant l'alignement de l'orifice (10) dont le couvercle intérieur (7) est munie, avec le goulot (4) du doseur (3), qui lui-même est fixé sur le couvercle externe (5). Le couvercle interne (7) est encastré dans le couvercle externe (5) permettant au contenu de la boite (8) de conserver arôme et saveur ; les 2 couvercles rotent l'un sur l'autre par un axe de rotation (9). Le système de rotation permet l'alignement de l'orifice (10) et goulot (4) du doseur (3), le café peut alors passer de la boite (8) au doseur (3). Le café contenu dans la boite (8) peut alors descendre dans le doseur (3) ; en tenant simplement la boite (8) à l'envers. Quand le doseur (3) est rempli, une simple rotation du couvercle (5) muni du doseur (3), permet de désaxer l'orifice du couvercle en plastique (7), ce qui arrête le flot du café vers le doseur (3). Ensuite ouvrir la base du doseur (3) et libérer la quantité de café dans le filtre de la cafetière, répéter l'opération pour le nombre de tasses désiré Le doseur (3) est fermé à sa base par un couvercle (2), qui se manie par un point de fermeture (13), un point de fixation (1) permet de garder le doseur (3) feinté.
