DISPOSITIF DE DECLENCHEMENT D'UN SYSTEME D'ALERTE, ASSOCIE A UN VOYANTDEVICE FOR TRIPTING AN ALERT SYSTEM ASSOCIATED WITH A LIGHT
LUMINEUX, NOTAMMENT POUR APPAREIL ELEVATEUR BRIGHT, IN PARTICULAR FOR LIFTING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a device for triggering a complementary warning system signaling the defectiveness of a safety warning light, in particular for an elevator, which indicator is mounted on a plate integral with the door frame and connected to an electronic circuit detecting the defect. In an installation of elevators or elevators in general, the indicator lights are easily vandalized and thus not only disturb the proper functioning of the installation, but also call into question the safety of people. For example, it is the indicator indicating on the landing the presence or not of the cabin on the floor. A user may then make a fatal drop in the sheath by opening a door preatzhtP nt forced and badly locked ,, while the cabin is not present. It is to avoid this that standards NF P 82-212 and NF P 82-312 have been enacted in order to combat this risk by securing not only the actual door lock, but also the signage associated therewith, at the level of the landing door, and this by a flashing flashing light 2 doubled by a prohibited pictogram and an audible signal, this indicator to be associated with a complementary warning system. The purpose of the present invention is to meet this standard, and for this purpose concerns a device for triggering a complementary warning system signaling the defect of a warning light, in particular for an elevator, which indicator is mounted on a plate and connected to an electronic circuit for detecting the defect, characterized in that the indicator light is mechanically associated with the electronic circuit against which it bears freely, directly or indirectly, the subassembly thus formed also bearing freely on the inner periphery a hole formed on the plate in which is housed the apparent light portion of the witness, by means of fixing means, so that any external mechanical action exerted on the witness, beyond a determined force corresponding to a burglary, causes repercussion a break or a short circuit of the printed circuit, and consequentmen t triggering an additional audible and / or optical alarm. The present invention also relates to the features which will emerge during the following description, which should be considered in isolation or in all their possible technical combinations. This description given by way of nonlimiting example, will better understand how the invention can be made, with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: Figure 1 schematically shows an elevator landing door in its fixed frame which 5 is associated a plate having a secure light indicator, according to the invention. FIG. 2 represents in perspective and on an enlarged scale, a plate and a light indicator, according to FIG. 1. FIG. 3 represents in longitudinal section a plate and a light indicator associated with a triggering device of a complementary system of FIG. warning of the defect of the witness, according to the invention. FIG. 4 is a plan view of the electronic circuit on which the light bulb of the indicator light is mounted, as well as an audible alarm. Figure 5 shows the electronic circuit diagram 20 of operation of the indicator light. FIG. 6 represents the complete electronic diagram of the complementary warning device according to the invention. According to the nonlimiting example shown in FIG. 1, the indicator light 1 is integral with the plate 2 and is intended to be fixedly applied to a frame 3 of an elevator landing door 4. The indicator light 1 is associated with a triggering device 10 of a complementary warning system 11 signaling any defect of the indicator 1, door indicator 4 open, without the presence of the cabin at the floor, and connected to an electronic detection circuit 12. According to the invention, the indicator light 1 is mechanically associated with the electronic circuit 12 against which it bears freely, directly or indirectly, the subassembly thus formed also bearing freely on the inner periphery 13 of a hole 14 formed on the plate 2 in which is housed the apparent light portion 15 of the control 1, by means of fastening means 16, so that any external mechanical action exerted on the witness 1, beyond at a determined force F corresponding to a break-in, causes by repercussion a break or a short circuit of the printed circuit 12, and consequently the triggering of an additional audible and / or optical alarm 17. More precisely, as shown in FIG. 3, the indicator light 1 is placed in free abutment against the inner peripheral zone 13 of the hole 14 of the plate 2 by means of two diametrically opposite lugs 18 formed on the upper periphery of the witness 1 which are traversed by fixing screws 16 from the plate 2, at opposite ends of which is fixed the electronic circuit 12 by means of two spacers 19 interposed between said circuit 12 and the legs 18 of the control 1 so that breaking them during a break-in consequently causes that of the electronic circuit 12 on which is bearing the control 1, or its short-circuit.
According to an alternative embodiment, the indicator light 1 has a hollow body 20 in which is freely slidable a cap 21 also hollow whose apex 22 is disposed in the immediate vicinity of the face 15 of the control 1, said cap 21 comprising its lower peripheral end a flange 23 interposed freely between the lower peripheral end of the body 20 of the control 1 and 10 the electronic circuit 12, so that a breach of the indicator light 1 performed with a force F insufficient to deteriorate its legs However, the support 18 causes the cap 21 to move in translation against the electronic circuit 12 in order to break it. The cap 21 is immobilized in rotation by a lug 24 penetrating a housing 25 of the body 20 of the witness 1. According to an alternative embodiment, the spacers 19 ensuring the mechanical connection between the electronic circuit 12 and the lugs 18 of the indicator light 1 as well as the free bearing of these against the plate 2, are elastically deformable in compression, so that any action exerted by break-in on the indicator light 1 allows its displacement in translation towards the electronic circuit 12 to break it, by or without the cap 21, by breaking or not the tabs 18. By way of example, not shown, the elastically deformable compression struts are constituted by spiral springs. According to another characteristic of the invention, clearly visible in FIGS. 3 and 4, the electronic circuit 12 has a zone of least resistance 26 situated opposite the indicator light 1, so as to promote the breaking of said circuit 12. The bleeding 26 constitutes a breakthrough.
La situation est alors identique à celle décrite ci-dessus et conclut au résultat final escompté, à savoir déclencher l'alerte complémentaire 11, en cas d'effraction.10 The electronic circuit 12 comprises in particular a light bulb 27 housed in the light 1, as well as a sound alarm 17, associated with various electronic components, via conductive tracks of a printed circuit 12, the breaking of a of these 28 having the effect of activating the complementary warning system 11. According to an alternative embodiment, the electronic circuit 12 comprises in particular a light bulb 27 housed in the control 1, as well as an audible alarm 17, associated with various electronic components via conductive tracks of a printed circuit 12, the short-circuiting of one of the electrical or electronic components causing the rupture of a fuse F1 of the complementary warning system Il and consequently its trigger. Preferably, the audible alarm 17 is disposed on the electronic circuit 12, above a perforated area of holes 29 of the plate 2, so as to allow the passage of sounds, while avoiding to said alarm 17 of to be reached by projections or infiltrations of water. The entire device 10 is protected by a cover 30 fixed to the rear of the plate 2 having plumb with the perforations 29 of the plate 2, a drain hole 31 of the water, made in a lower zone. of the cover: 30. The plate 2 thus equipped is fixed on the frame 3 of the door 4 by means of studs 32. According to FIGS. 4, 5 and 6, the track 28 of the printed circuit 12 provides the connection between an input TP4 and a TP5 output of a negative voltage. TP4 being connected on the point 2 of a terminal 33 and TP5 being connected on the point 3 of said terminal block. Having no longer any negative voltage continuity at the input of the octocoupler OK1, the latter causes the change of state of the transistor Ti which then sends a positive voltage in the track 32 and therefore causes the supplying the coil of the relay K1 and the transistor Q1, this having the effect, on the one hand, of changing the state of the contacts of the alarm report X12 and those of the security chain X7, and on the other hand supply the alarm 17 (B22) and the flash light connected to X4 and therefore warn of the break-in on the indicator 1. According to another characteristic of the invention, the same end result is also obtained, if at in the case of break-in, a short-circuit is caused for example by the breaking of the bulb 27, or 8 by any other connection of the positive voltage with the negative voltage. This short circuit then causes the breaking of the fuse F1 and therefore the discontinuity of the negative voltage at the input of the octocoupler OK1. The situation is then identical to that described above and concludes with the expected final result, namely to trigger the supplementary alert 11, in case of break-in.
