Abstract

The device has an neoprene inlay (A) assembled to a sole by stitching for covering shoes, where the device is made of neoprene material having elasticity characteristic. The neoprene inlay is connected to another neoprene inlay (B) by stitching. A Velcro tape such as button, is vertically disposed and assembled on the two neoprene inlays by stitching to permit to close the two neoprene inlays.
