Abstract

The connector has a flat base (3) fixed on a substrate, and elastic tabs (6) connected to the base and situated at a top of the base to form a locking space (7) between the tabs for a male contact type conductive element. An opening (12) in the base is arranged for the passage of the element to be locked between the tabs. A gripping zone is situated in a centered manner with respect to the base. Inner walls of the tabs are turned towards the space that includes divergent lateral edges (9) forming a lateral expansion of the space towards an outside of the connector.
