Abstract
Description
The invention finds particular utility in the assembly of facades on a condensing unit of a refrigerating machine. A condensing unit is generally assembled inside a box including a housing and a front closing the housing. The facade has a grid allowing outside air to exit the cabinet after cooling a heat exchanger of the condensing unit. The front is for example fixed to the housing by means of screws. The facade is generally more complex to achieve than the housing itself. It is for example formed of an outer frame ensuring its rigidity and a grid integral with the frame. The grid allows air circulation in the cabinet while preventing the penetration of large solid particles. In order to standardize a range of condensing units of different powers, different cabinet sizes can be developed while maintaining a single facade for the entire range of groups. This standardization leads to juxtaposing several identical facades on the same housing in order to increase the section of air passage circulating in the group for large refrigerating powers.
One solution is to fix these facades independently of each other. This solution is slow in mounting the boxes. The invention aims to overcome the problems of the solution described above by providing a particular assembly of several facades. For this purpose, the object of the invention is an off-ret comprising a front and a housing, the front being fixed to the housing, characterized in that the facade comprises means for maintaining in position against the housing a second front of the cabinet.
The invention will be better understood and other advantages will become apparent on reading the detailed description of an embodiment given by way of example, a description illustrated by the attached drawing in which: FIG. 1 represents a box provided with a single facade; Figure 2 shows the cabinet of Figure 1 in which the facade is being assembled; Figure 3 shows a cabinet with two identical facades; Figures 4a to 4d show the cabinet of Figure 3 in which the facades are being assembled; Figures 5a to 5f show a facade detail forming means for holding the two facades together. For the sake of clarity, the same elements will bear the same references in the different figures. Figure 1 shows a condensing unit 1 of a refrigerating machine for example for cooling a commercial premises. The condensing unit is fixed outside the room and allows the heat to be removed from the room to the outside. The condensing unit comprises a heat exchanger through which circulates a flow of air driven by a fan 2. The exchanger and the fan 2 are located in a box 3 having a housing 4 and a removable front 5. The facade 5 is formed of an outer frame 6 ensuring its rigidity and a grid 7 integral with the frame. In FIG. 1, the grid is not completely represented, revealing the fan 2 located inside the box 3. The front panel 5 is for example held in position relative to the box 4 by means of screws 8. In FIG. 2, there is shown the front 5 during assembly 20 on the housing 4. The front 5 is positioned relative to the housing 4 by an upper side 9 of the front 5. The side 9 forms a tongue to fit in a groove 10 of the housing 4. The movement of the facade 5 during the insertion of the tongue into the groove is represented by the arrow 11. Once the facade 5 is put in place by its upper side 9, a lower side 25 12 of the facade approaches the housing 4 in a movement represented by the arrow 13. Screws 8 may optionally lock the position of the side 9. Holes 14 of the tongue of the front and holes 15 of the groove can receive the screw 8 when they are nt in concordance. Other screws 8 30 can fix the lower side 12 against the housing 4. Figure 3 shows a condensing unit 30 whose height is twice that of the condensing unit 1 shown in Figures 1 and 2. In order to standardize at better the different components of a box 31 receiving the condensing unit 30, the box 31 comprises a housing 32 and two facades 5 and 35 advantageously identical. In the example shown, the two facades 5 and 35 are mounted head to tail on the housing 32, that is to say that the second facade 35 is turned relative to the first facade 5. It would of course be possible to mount both facades 5 and 35 in the same direction, but the head-to-tail assembly simplifies the design of the facades 5 and 35 in particular at the level of the fastening on the housing 32 by the side 12. This simplification will be better explained using the figures 5a to 5f. Figures 4a to 4d show different mounting phases of the box 31. Figures 4a and 4b show the mounting of a first front 5 on an upper portion 33 of the housing 32. The mounting of the first front 5 is the same way 3. Specifically, the mounting operation shown in FIG. 4a corresponds to the operation shown in FIG. 1 and the operation shown in FIG. 4b corresponds to the operation shown in FIG. 2.
In FIG. 4c, the second frontage 35 is approaching the housing 32 and then turned back so that the side 12 of the second facade 35 is found in the vicinity of the side 12 of the first facade 5. In Figure 4d, the facade 35 is placed in position relative to the housing 32 by means belonging to the first facade 5. It is thus exempt from provide other means of fixing the side 12 of the second facade 35 relative to the housing 32. The side 9 of the second facade 35 is then approached from the cabinet 32 in a movement shown in Figure 4d by means of the arrow 36. to be in the configuration of Figure 3 where the two facades 5 and 35 are in their assembled position relative to the housing 32. Figures 5a to 5f show a detail of the facades 5 and 35 forming means for maintaining two sides relative to the housing 32. In the example shown, the two facades 5 and 35 are identical and are shown only the sides 12 of each facade. The side 12 of the facade 5 comprises means for maintaining the frontage 35 in position against the housing 32. Advantageously, the frontage 5 comprises at least one tongue 40 covering the side 12 of the frontage 35 when the frontage 35 is in position against the In the example shown, the front panel 5 comprises three tabs 40. The tabs 40 form the means for holding the front panel 35 against the housing 32. The side 12 has an edge 41 shown in section in FIG. in enlarged detail in Figure 5f. Holes 42 make it possible to lock the position of the front panel 5 with respect to the housing 32, for example by means of screws 8. The tongues 40 are shown in section in FIG. 5c and in enlarged detail in FIG. 5d. The tongues 40 of the facade 5 are intended to cover the edge 41 of the facade 35 when the two facades 5 and 35 are in position against the housing 32. 1 o Advantageously, the tongues 40 of the facades 5 and 35 form crenels s' interposed into each other when the facades 5 and 35 are in position against the housing 32. Thus it is possible to achieve facades 5 and 35 identical, which improves the standardization of the various components of the cabinet 31. The slots also allow to remove a degree of freedom of the facades between them in a direction parallel to the side 12. Thus the facade 35 is completely immobilized relative to the box 32 when the edge 41 of the facade 35 is set up under the tabs 40 of the facade 5. 20
