The present invention relates to a bag of flexible material associated with a storage element. It therefore finds particular application in the field of reusable bags, for example for the transport of goods purchased in a store, which are easy to store and transport in a tidy state, whether bags made available by the seller or belonging to the buyer. 1 o Generally, reusable bags must be stored properly between two uses. However, often difficult to store properly, these bags needlessly occupy an important place. On the other hand, in the case of reusable bags, thus made of flexible but strong material, it is always difficult to keep these bags folded correctly without binding them, for example with a tie, a tie, or in a box. Systems are known associating a bag made of flexible material and a storage element of the pocket type. These systems, however, require that the folding of the bag in the pocket is done carefully, otherwise the closure and correct compaction of the whole are compromised. The problem is particularly acute if one wishes to have a bag of large capacity to store in a small storage element. In this case, one generally has the choice between a system in which the storage of the bag is painstaking and painful in order to obtain the smallest possible storage volume, or a system in which the storage is less restrictive and faster but resulting in too much storage space. The object of the invention is therefore to provide a solution to the problem mentioned above among other problems. The invention thus relates to a bag of flexible material associated with a storage element. Typically, the storage element is a one-piece hollow body at least partially deformable, in particular plastic. This one-piece hollow body has a cutout defining an opening for introducing the bag into the storage element or extraction of the bag of this storage element. Thus, the bag can be introduced without difficulty and without special precautions to the interior of the storage element through the introduction opening defined by the cutout in the one-piece hollow body. From 1 o even, the extraction of the bag of the storage element is very easily by gradually out this bag of flexible material through the aforementioned opening. In a first variant embodiment, the cutout formed in the hollow body delimits at least one deformable portion by pressure, able to serve at least partially as shutter shutter of the opening in the absence of pressure. Thus, by deformation by pressure of this portion of the hollow body, the bag can be introduced gradually into the storage element. When the bag is correctly inserted into the storage element, pressure is exerted on the deformable portion, so that the latter returns to its initial position and partially closes the opening. Preferably, the cutout delimits at least two possibly adjacent portions, deformable by pressure, in particular 25 actuatable by the two inches of the user. More preferably, the cutout defines three optionally adjacent portions deformable by pressure. In this case, the cut can be trilobed, preferably clover-shaped. In another variant embodiment, possibly in combination with the previous one, the hollow body has, according to the periphery of the cut, a reinforced portion.
Thus, a correct retention of the storage element is ensured during the introduction of the bag which is compacted inside. In yet another alternative embodiment, optionally in combination with any one of the foregoing, the hollow body has a generally spherical configuration. Thus, apart from aesthetic considerations, the overall and substantially spherical configuration being a substantially uniform three-dimensional configuration, it facilitates the compacting of the bag within the balanced equilibrium hollow body in the interior volume of the hollow hollow body. Preferably, the bag has a useful volume greater than 20 liters, preferably of the order of 25 liters, and / or the hollow body is a sphere of diameter of the order of 8 cm, in particular of low-density polyethylene which may be translucent. . Thus, a large ratio is obtained between the effective volume of the bag and the volume of the assembly in the stored state. In yet another alternative embodiment, possibly in combination with any one of the preceding, the hollow body is associated with the bag by a connecting strap whose first end is fixed to this bag, and this hollow body is provided with a through hole through which the connecting strap passes. Thus, the fastening of the bag to the storage element is provided by a strap that does not interfere with the introduction of the bag into the storage element, or the extraction of the bag of this storage element, in particular thanks to the through hole. Preferably, the connecting strap is provided at a second end with a quick coupler, so as to allow the attachment or detachment quickly to a wide variety of media such as a belt loop or a handful of bag. Other features and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly and fully on reading the following description of preferred embodiments of the bag associated with a storage element, which are given by way of non-limiting examples. FIG. 1 is a schematic representation of an example of a bag made of flexible material associated with a storage element, the bag being in the stowed position, FIGS. 2a, 2b and 2c show schematically the progressive linkage of the bag. introduction of the bag into the storage element.
Figure 1 shows schematically an example of a bag of flexible material associated with a storage element. In this FIG. 1, the bag 1 is in the stored state in the storage element 2. The storage element 2 is a one-piece hollow body 2 whose overall configuration is, in this embodiment, globally and substantially spherical. The hollow body 2 has a cutout 3 delimiting an opening 4 through which the bag 1 can be introduced inside the hollow body 2 or through which the bag 1 can be extracted from the inside of the hollow body 2. The hollow body 2 is at least partially deformable, preferably plastic. In the embodiment shown in Figure 1, the cutout 3 defines a deformable portion 5 by pressure which extends to a limit represented by the dotted line. This portion 5 deformable by pressure may be more or less extended, depending on whether one wishes to be able to deform significantly or not the hollow body 2 in the vicinity of the cut 3. In other words, the limit of this deformable portion 5 materialized in FIG. 2 by the dotted line, may be situated more or less distant from the cutout 3. The greater this portion 5 is, the more it will be possible to deform the hollow body 2 and thus to enlarge the opening 4, and finally to make it easier to introduction of the bag 1 into the hollow body 2. But, also, the larger this portion 5, the easier it will be to extract the bag 1 from the hollow body, so that it may not be correctly state stored inside this hollow body 2. The deformable portion 5 by pressure delimited by the cutout 3, correctly sized, thus plays the role at least partially shutter flap of the opening 4, when no pressure is not applied ed. Preferably, as represented in FIG. 1, this pressure-depressable portion 5 is subdivided into several adjacent portions 5a, 5b, 5c actuable by the user's thumbs, as will be described 1o further with reference to FIG. 2. In the exemplary embodiment shown in this FIG. 1, three adjacent portions 5a, 5b, 5c deformable by pressure constitute this portion 5 that can be deformed by pressure, by means of a trilobal cutout 3, for example in the shape of a clover. . Even more preferably, the hollow body 2 has, according to the periphery of the blank 3, a reinforced portion 8. This makes it possible in particular to guarantee a good retention of the hollow body 2 during the compaction of the bag 1 inside. It ensures in fact the return of the deformable portions 5a, 5b, 5c in their respective initial undistorted positions, and maintains them in this initial undistorted position, when the pressure applied to deform them ceases, that is to say a Once the bag 1 is stored and compacted inside the hollow body 2, or once the bag 1 extracted from the hollow body 2. The reinforcement 8 can be obtained for example by a textured area around the perimeter of the cutout 3. On can thus have a bag having a useful volume greater than 20 liters, which can be stored in the hollow body 2 of globally and substantially spherical shape of a small diameter. In a preferred embodiment, the bag has a useful volume of the order of 25 liters, which can be stored in the hollow body 2 of globally and substantially spherical shape with a diameter of about 8 cm. . We can therefore have a small storage element, to store and carry a large capacity bag. Preferably, the material used for the hollow body 2 is a low density polyethylene, which may optionally be translucent.
Also preferably, the bag 1 is connected to the hollow body 2 by means of a strap 9. The strap 9 then passes from the outside of the hollow body 2 towards its interior through a through hole 10. The bag 1 is thus fixed at one end of this strap 9, which is the end located inside the hollow body 2 when the bag 1 is stored there. This end is not visible in Figure 1, As shown in Figure 1, the strap 9 remains at least partially outside the hollow body 2 even when the bag 1 is stored there. This allows to leave accessible the second end of the strap to be able for example to attach to a support.
Preferably, the strap 9 is provided, at this second end, with a quick coupler 11, carabiner type for example. This quick coupler 11 allows quick and efficient attachment to a wide variety of media such as a belt loop, or a bag handle. FIGS. 2a, 2b, 2c show schematically the progressive linking of the introduction of the bag 1 into the storage element 2 or hollow body 2. As shown in FIG. 2a, the bag 1 begins to be introduced by the opening 4 delimited by the cutout 3 in the hollow body 2, thanks to the pressure exerted for example by the thumb 6 of the user 25 on the hollow body 2, at a first portion deformable by pressure. Then, as shown in Figure 2b, the introduction of the bag 1 in the hollow body 2, through the opening 4 defined by the blank 3, continues, by the application of pressure at one or two portions deforrnable by pressure. The pressure in these two deformable portions by pressure can be effectively applied by the user via his thumbs 6 and 7. The trilobal cut 3, as presented above with reference to Figure 1, in addition to defining 3 adjacent portions (5a, 5b, 5c) deformable by pressure, symmetrically defined three adjacent portions in the opening 4. Thus, this trilobal cut 3 effectively allows the progressive insertion of the bag 1 in the hollow body 2 via the two 6 and 7 inches of the user, leaving a third space facilitating the penetration of the bag 1 by training. Finally, FIG. 2c shows schematically the assembly in a state in which the bag 1 is practically totally compacted in the hollow body 2, always by deformation at the periphery of the blank 3, obtained by applying a pressure by example by the two thumbs 6 and 7 of the user. The hollow body 2 is then, as a whole, not deformed, despite the presence of the compacted bag 1 inside and the pressure or tension that it can exert by reaction. The entire description above is of course given by way of example and is not limiting of the invention. In particular, it is recalled that the overall and substantially spherical shape of the storage element 2, if it has advantages, is not however limiting of the invention insofar as any other form for this element storage 2 consisting of the hollow body 2 could agree without its function is impaired. Similarly, the precise trilobal shape of the blank 3 in the hollow body 2 is obviously not limited to the invention either. This trilobal shape facilitates the gradual introduction of the bag 1 into the hollow body 2, or its gradual extraction of the hollow body 2. Any other form may however be considered, provided that the above introduction and extraction functions is maintained.
Finally, the shape and the exact number of adjacent pressure deformable portions 5a, 5b, 5c within the compression-depressable assembly portion 5 are not limiting of the invention either. Other shapes and / or a different number of these adjacent portions deformable by pressure can be envisaged, provided again that the aforementioned introduction and extraction functions are s maintained.
