Une telle optique est difficile à développer, la réalisation du moule étant compliquée. L'invention a également pour objet un feu arrière de bicyclette, comportant une optique du type susmentionné logeant une diode électroluminescente et un boîtier d'alimentation de ladite diode en courant électrique. Dans un mode de réalisation, le boîtier d'alimentation est apte à loger des piles électriques. L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description qui va suivre, donnée uniquement à titre d'exemple, et faite en relation avec les dessins 2 annexés, dans lesquels des références identiques désignent des éléments identiques ou analogues, et dans lesquels : - la figure 1 est une vue en coupe axiale d'un feu arrière de bicyclette équipé d'une optique selon l'invention ; - la figure 2 est une vue en coupe axiale de l'optique entrant dans la constitution du feu de la figure 1 ; et - la figure 3 est une vue agrandie du détail III de l'optique de la figure 2. Sur les dessins, les proportions des objets représentés sont respectées. Sur la figure 1, un feu arrière 10 de bicyclette est monté fixe sur un cadre 12 de bicyclette au moyen d'un organe 14 approprié de support et de fixation. Le feu arrière 10 comporte un boîtier 16 ayant un axe longitudinal X-X et logeant deux piles 18 du type AAA, montées en série. Le boîtier 16 comprend une extrémité avant 20 ouverte dans laquelle est insérée une optique 22 sous la forme d'un capot. L'optique 22 est par exemple fixée par clipsage sur le boîtier 16. L'optique 22 a une forme générale de cuvette ouverte vers l'avant. Elle présente une symétrie axiale selon l'axe X-X et loge sur cet axe une diode électroluminescente unique 24. Un système de connexion électrique 26 classique est par ailleurs prévu dans le boîtier 16 pour alimenter en courant électrique la diode 24 depuis les piles 18. Le capot de l'optique 22 est formé en matériau transparent ou semi- transparent, de préférence en polypropylène naturel. La surface interne 28 du capot est polie de manière à favoriser la transmission de la lumière émise par la diode 24 à l'intérieur du capot tout en laissant les rayons lumineux traverser l'épaisseur de celui-ci.
