Abstract
Description
-1- La présente invention concerne un système pour limiter le nombre deThe present invention relates to a system for limiting the number of
Traditionally, a pair of molds are made for each size; example: from 35 to 42 for a series of female pointers. These series of molds require a large investment and penalize the creation and renewal of models. The system consists of making the sole in two parts; 10 A) the rear part which will comprise in its profile a bevel or recess (l FIG. 2) allowing assembly with the front part by gluing or another method of assembly. B) the front part which will have the dimension of the largest desired size and which will be cut in length to be adapted to the length of the desired size. The width of the soleplate at the height of the connection of the two parts (1 and 2 fig.l) will be of an average dimension between the selected extreme sizes. For example if we want to make a single mold to make the sizes 36, 37, 38 we will have the rear part which will have the length and the width of the 37 and the front part which will have the width of the 37 and the length required. - to get the 38 once the back added. To obtain the 37 it will be necessary to cut the front part at the connection with the back part of a size. For the 36 25 we will cut the front part of two sizes. You can group a variable number of sizes on this system, depending on the type of shoe. This invention can be adapted to "welded" or "stitched" manufacturing soles. A graduation will indicate the cut mark corresponding to the desired size. In the case of a "hand sewn" soleplate with the holes incorporated in the sole mold, the graduation will correspond to the spacing between each hole used for the seam allowance with the top of the shoe.
The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention. We have taken as an example, the grouping of sizes 36, 37, 38. Figure 1 shows the sole in two parts; the front part and the rear part in bottom sole view. Figure 2 represents the two unassembled parts of the sole. The figurine 3 represents the two parts of the sole assembled without overlapping the front part; This gives us the size 38. With reference to these drawings, the front sole comprises grits (3.4 fig.l) for cutting the sole at the desired point. To obtain the size 37, cut the sole at the graduation 3 (Figure 1) to get the size 36 cut the sole at the graduation 4 (fig.l). In the case of an assembled "hand-sewn" sole with the sewing holes incorporated in the mold (5 fig.l) the graduation can be done by the given interval between each hole. The invention is adaptable to all kinds of soles, it allows for high heel soles, compensated soles, and the possibility of using different molded materials between 1 front and 1 back sole by their flexibility. or their hardness or color.
