Abstract

The device has a 304L stainless steel piece with outer diameter of 51 millimeters, thickness of 1.2 millimeters and bent at 90 degrees with a radius of curvature of 50 millimeters. The piece has ends that are rectilinear on a length of 15 millimeters and terminated by a stop bead that is fabricated by hot spinning. Two portions of straight plastic hoses of inner diameter of 50 millimeters are produced and fitted on the stainless steel piece.

La presente invention concerne un systeme assurant la circulation duThe present invention relates to a system ensuring the circulation of the

Le circuit de refroidissement est traditio.nnellement effectue a l'aide de durites en matiere plastique (silicone, caoutchouc...) emmanchees sur les differentes pieces des moteurs et fixees a 1'aide de colliers de serrage. La pression et la temperature exercees sur ces durites sont de plus en plus importantes dans les moteurs des bus urbains modernes (augmentation du poids, diminution du volume, utilisation de turbos, augmentation de la frequentation...). Cela a pour consequence d'augmenter le taux de rechange des durites actuelles et particulierement des durites de 50 mm de diametre interieur, coudee A. 90 . Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de. remedier a cet inconvenient. 11 .comporte en effet selon une premiere caracteristique, une piece en acier inox 304L de diametre exterieur de 51 mm et d'epaisseur 1,2 mm, coudee a 90 avec un rayon de courbure de 50 mm. Chaque extremite est rectiligne sur une longueur de 15 mm et se termine par un bourrelet de butee realise par repoussage a chaud. Deux portions de durites plastiques droites de diametre interieur 50 mm seront debitees et emmanchees de force sur le coude acier. Des colliers de serrage viendront en butee contre les bourrelets afin de rigidifier 1'ensemble. Le systeme sera alors install& en lieu et place des durites en matiere plastique coudees a 90 a 1'aide de deux autres colliers de serrage. Le systeme permet alors d'obtenir une durite tres solide resistant aux agressions (pression, chaleur, acidite) mais demeurant souple et flexible afin de s'adapter a 1'environnement des moteurs (grander vibrations).
