RENFORT DE FIXATION D'UN AMORTISSEUR SUR UNE STRUCTURE DE VEHICULE, ETREINFORCEMENT FOR FIXING A DAMPER ON A VEHICLE STRUCTURE, AND

STRUCTURE ARRIERE CORRESPONDANTE L'invention concerne un renfort de fixation d'un amortisseur sur 5 une structure de vehicule, ainsi que la structure arriere correspondante. Actuellement, les amortisseurs sont fixes a la structure du vehicule au moyen de deux flasques distincts, tels que represents sur la figure 1. Sur cette figure, un flasque lateral droit 1 et un flasque lateral 10 gauche 2 sont fixes chacun a un longeron 3 realise par emboutissage. Le longeron 3 presente par consequent une section ouverte sensiblement en forme de U. Chaque flasque 1, 2 comprend un orifice 4 pour la fixation dune extremite d'un amortisseur (non represents) placee entre les flasques. Par ailleurs, les flasques sont egalement relies 15 au corps creux de jupe et a une traverse extreme arriere faisant partie de la structure arriere d'un vehicule (non representes). Afin de supporter ces elements, les deux flasques doivent presenter une forte epaisseur. L'objectif de 1'invention est de realiser un renfort de fixation 20 ameliore et plus economique. A cet effet, 1'objet de 1'invention concerne un renfort de fixation d'un amortisseur sur une structure de vehicule, presentant deux flasques allonges sensiblement paralleles et suffisamment ecartes pour permettre 1'insertion dune extremite de 1'amortisseur a fixer entre eux, 25 un orifice traversant les flasques etant destine a la fixation de 1'extremite de 1'amortisseur a fixer, caracteriss en ce que les bords superieurs des deux flasques sont relies entre eux par une paroi superieure sensiblement perpendiculaire aux flasques et formee d'une piece avec ces derniers. 30 La realisation du renfort en une seule piece permet d'assurer une meilleure tenue aux efforts et une meilleure stabilite de la piece permettant de reduire les epaisseurs du renfort par rapport a la solution actuelle realisant ainsi un gain economique.
