According to an improvement of the invention, the solvent is a phthalated alcohol, in particular according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the solvent represents from 50 to 90% by weight of composition, in particular 75. acarifuge and / or acaricide of a composition according to the invention, given by way of example, on a strain of mites, Dermatophagoides Pteronyssinus, which live in carpets and bedding. The product to be tested called PURESSENTIEL Cleansing Spray with 41 essential oils (registered trademarks) contains 41 essential oils, namely dill (Anethum graveolens), anise (Pimpinella anisum L.), basil (Ocimum basilicum), Bay St Thomas (Pimenta racemosa), Rosewood (Aniba rosaeodora A. Ducke, Amazonian variety), Cajeput (Melaleuca leucadendron L.), cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia), cedar atlas (Cedrus atlantica Manetti), lemon (Citrus limon), cumin (Cuminum cyminum L.), cypress (Cupressus sempervirens L), eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus), fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill: Var dulce), juniper (Juniperus communis), ginger (Zingiber officinalis), clove (Eugenia caryophyllata), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia P. It was tested in comparison with an oily product serving as a control product. This oily product is based on rapeseed oil.

Thirty mites were placed in two petri dishes, at a rate of 15 per dish, for each of the tested product and the control product. They were then placed in the presence of the product to be tested, the latter being placed in the middle of the filter paper.

The counts of migrations and possible mortalities, for the tested samples n 1 and 2, were carried out at the times 7mn 30s, 15mn, 30mn, then 1,2,3,4 and 6 hours after contact of the Mites with the product.

The tests performed on the product PURESSENTIEL (registered trademark), Spray Sanitizer 41 essential oils, lead to the conclusion that it is perfectly acarifuge and acaricide.

Regarding the acarifuge effect, it was obtained from time 30 minutes, all mites having migrated. This migration was of the order of 66% from the first observation. In the second, we had 26 mites out of 30 that had migrated. On the other hand, the mortalities were 10 to 7mn 30s, or 33 to 15 minutes, the number of mortalities was 18. We got 27 mortalities at 30 minutes, 29 at one hour, and 30 at two hours. These results prove the excellent acarifuge and acaricidal activity of the test product PURESSENTIEL (registered trademark), Spray Cleansing to 41 essential oils.

Le produit témoin n'a, quant à lui, induit aucune réponse significative. Le nombre de migrations est particulièrement faible.  The control product, on the other hand, induced no significant response. The number of migrations is particularly low.

This is 1 for the first reading time, then 5 to 15 minutes, to be 6 to an hour. The total number of migrations is from 10 to six hours, the last observation time. This number of migration is particularly low and does not allow to conclude to an acarifuge effect. Finally, this product did not cause any mortality during this study, no acaricidal effect could be demonstrated.

An acaricide and acarifuge effect was obtained with the product PURESSENTIEL (registered trademark), Cleansing Spray with 41 essential oils. This effect must be considered very strong, since the results obtained were during the first phase of the study.

2. ACARIENS 2.1. 2. MITES 2.1. Mites to be tested 5 Thirty mites Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus were tested in this study, for each formulation, for a total of one hundred and fifty mites. These came from collecting on carpets, environments where these mites develop particularly. These mites were kept in petri dishes for 96 hours.

Fifteen mites were placed in a square Petri dish 12.5 cm square and 1.5 cm high. Two boxes were used for this test and per sample. The bottom of the boxes was lined with filter paper.

Concentric circles, four in number and 1.5 cm apart each, were drawn using the center of the box as a central point.

A volume of 1.0 g of product was deposited in the smallest circle and then the mites, 15 in number, were placed in the center of the box.
