Abstract
La présente invention porte sur un procédé de préparation de brut de synthèse à partir d'un gisement de brut lourd, comprenant:(a) l'extraction du brut lourd par une technologie mettant en oeuvre de la vapeur d'eau;(b) la séparation du brut extrait et de l'eau;(c) la séparation du brut en au moins une coupe légère et une coupe lourde;(d) la conversion de la coupe lourde de séparation en un produit plus léger, dit produit converti, et un résidu;(e) éventuellement, l'hydrotraitement partiel ou total du produit converti et/ou de la (ou des) coupe(s) légère(s) obtenue(s) lors de la séparation c),(f) la combustion et/ou gazéification du résidu de conversion;(g) le produit converti et la (ou les) coupe(s) légère(s) de séparation, ayantéventuellement été soumis à un hydrotraitement e), constituant le brut de synthèse ; ladite combustion permettant la génération, de vapeur d'eau et/ou d'électricité, et ladite gazéification permettant la génération d'hydrogène ;la vapeur d'eau et/ou l'électricité ainsi générées étant utilisées pour l'extraction a), et/ou l'électricité et/ou l'hydrogène ainsi générés étant utilisés pour la conversion d) et/ou l'hydrotraitement e).
