Abstract

Disclosed is a device for applying hair dye liquid to hair from a variety of starting levels of the hair. The device includes a storage section (1) storing liquid to be dispensed, a piston (3) dispensing the liquid in a measured amount, and a cap having a base (8) provided with a plurality of hollow teeth (6) used for dyeing hair roots and a plurality of openings (7) used for dyeing the hair along the entire length of the hair. The base (8) is concave so that it corresponds to the shape of the skull, and the cap (5) is provided with fixing means (2) which allows the cap (5) provided with the hollow teeth (6) and the openings (7) to be replaceable.

  The present invention relates to a device for hair dyeing.

  It makes it possible to diffuse and apply the more or less corrosive and viscous liquids simultaneously at several levels, at the level of the roots of the hair and on their lengths, or only at the level of the roots of the hair, this in order not to overload coloring the rest of the already colored hair.

  There are already patented means for the application of liquid such as Patents Nos. 2,842,440, 2,736,612, or 8809632.

  These patented means for the most part are pierced tubes, provided with teeth reported in a row that deliver liquid by crushing the reservoir. All these devices do not deliver simultaneously or separately multi-level liquids in the hair, and in any positions blind and per dose.

  Traditionally the application of these liquids is done with a brush, in the hair salons or at home, with the help of a person wearing protective gloves, which is tedious, long and difficult to apply alone, mainly to the back of the head.

  The device of the invention overcomes these difficulties through the diffuser applicator, which allows to apply oneself without the help of any person and with great precision, efficiency, speed, blind, in any what positions and in specific parts of the hair, corrosive and viscous liquids.

  This device can also be used by professionals to save a lot of time.

  With reference to these drawings, the device comprises according to a first feature, a cylindrical tank (1) that can be held by hand, containing the liquid to be diffused, partially open by a slot (2) at a end to allow the passage of a finger.

  2887412 2 This tank (1) is equipped with a piston (3), which can be operated directly with a finger through the slot (2) of the housing (1).

  The piston (3) and the tank (1) are provided with notches (4) for delivering calibrated doses of liquid in a blind, and a cap (5) concave shape 5, to fit the shape of the skull .

  The plug (5) closes the other end of the housing (1) by screwing and has hollow pins (6) of a certain length, and holes (7) on the fabric (8) of the plug (5), allowing the passage of the liquid at several levels in the hair, near the roots, thanks to the hollow pins (6), and the length of the hair simultaneously through the holes (7), arranged on the fabric (8) of the cap (5) .

  Depending on whether the spike plug (5) (6) and holes (7) are used or only a spike cap (6), only the roots can be colored without affecting the length of the hair.

  According to particular embodiments, the diffusing plugs (5) can be equipped with means that mask the holes (7) as needed.

  They can also be equipped with small brushes or foam not shown.

  Other embodiments are possible for example, mechanical or pneumatic means for actuating the piston (3) using for example a handle provided with a trigger, not shown in the drawings, for delivering doses calibrated liquid.

  Finally, this device has the advantage of being able to serve as a bottle, disposable after use or reusable after washing.

  By way of example, the apparatus may be made in different non-limiting dimensions and shapes.

-3-CLAIMS   1) Apparatus for applying liquids for hair coloring alone, blindly, in any position, per dose, at several levels simultaneously or separately characterized in that the concave cap (5), which closes the vessel (1) , is provided with hollow pins (6), a certain length and holes (7), providing the distribution orifices at different levels, a notched piston (3) (4) to diffuse doses calibrated by the pins hollow (6) and the holes (7) of the cloth (8).   2) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the tank (1) of the device can be held in the hand and the piston (3) actuated with a finger by the slot (2) of the tank (1).   3) Device according to claims 1 and 2 characterized in that the plug (5) comprises only pins (6) of different lengths.   4) Device according to claims 1 to 3 characterized in that the piston (3) can be actuated by mechanical or pneumatic means for delivering unrepresented doses.
