DOMAINE DE L'INVENTION L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de crans d'armement de sandows sur des flèches destinées aux armes de chasse sous-marine. Elle concerne également le dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé. 5 ARRIERE PLAN TECHNOLOGIQUE Les procédés connus destinés à agencer des crans d'armement de sandows sur des flèches pour armes sousmarines consistent généralement: a) à usiner, au moyen de fraises et de disqueuses, lesdits crans directement sur la flèche avec pour conséquences: - la diminution de la section de la flèche créant un point de rupture; - l'échauffement de la partie usinée créant une zone cassante; b) à insérer, dans un perçage profond effectué sur la flèche, un ergot sur la flèche avec pour conséquence la diminution de la section de la flèche créant un point de rupture; c) à effectuer un apport de métal sur la flèche avec pour conséquence des opérations de soudage et d'usinage dudit apport sur de l'acier traité ; d) à insérer puis à souder une pastille formant cran dans un logement obtenu par électroérosion de la flèche avec pour conséquence une opération d'électroérosion bien spécifique et d'usinage d'une pastille. DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTION Le procédé de fabrication de crans d'armement de sandows sur des flèches destinées aux armes de chasse sous- marine, tels que représentés aux figures, consiste à exercer sur chaque flèche (1), à l'endroit de chaque cran à réaliser, au moyen de deux poinçons (3) agissant en opposition, deux pressions transversales opposées (P) adaptées pour créer une excroissance de matière (2) destinée à servir de cran d'armement.
