Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a manual device facilitating peeling

fruits and vegetables.

  The traditional tools easily remove the convex parts (bump) but are inefficient, practical, economical for the concave parts (hollow).

  The device according to the invention is complementary to existing tools and overcomes the disadvantages thereof. It comprises according to a first feature a U-shaped bent metal strip having at each end a similar shape and sharp (gouge).
