Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de dosage et de mélange permettant la fabrication en ligne et en continu de produits multicomposants liquides ou pateux par exemple les produits colorés,parfumés aromatisés,etc...,telles que les peintures, les encres, etc....., caractérisée par les opérations suivantes:-Un logiciel calcule à partir d'un microordinateur les recettes volumètriques à partir des recettes massiques ,des densités théoriques des composants et une concentration de 100% et ajuste automatiquement chaque recette à partir des densité et concentration réels des composants.-L'asservissement des n groupes motopompes (constitués d'une pompe de précision et de servomoteurs )et les opérations séquentielles sont gérés par l'automate programmable,en fonction des élèments envoyés par le micro ordinateur.-Le contrôle de débit canal par canal ,est obtenu par un débitmètre,permettant de travailler en boucle fermée sur le groupe motopompe.-Le début et la fin de chaque dosage sont assurés par des valves simples ou à recirculation-Une tète de mélange dynamique assure une grande homogénéité de mélange des différents composants.-Le nettoyage de tète automatique est assuré par l'envoi d'un produit de nettoyage sous pression à la fin de chaque dosage.
