Abstract

The device has copper or metal alloy strips (A) glued or soldered on a surface of a reflective thermal insulation (B). The strips have ends connected to a low-voltage power supply (C) by a unit that conduct electricity. The strips are of different widths and run on the insulation in different paths. The strips are also declined under the form of wires.
