Abstract

The device has a frame (1) to which four lower teeth (2) are fixed for supporting a stack of five bundles, and five rows of four horizontal upper teeth (6) fixed to axles (4) and rotating with respect to the frame. The axles are rotated using lever arms (7) that are connected to a linkage (9) through axles (8). The linkage is actuated by a jack using a third axle, where jack is connected to the frame using a fourth axle.

L'ensemble est composé de quatre dents inférieures pour supporter la pile de cinq bottes cubiques; et de cinq, rangées à l'horizontale de quatre dents sur la partie supérieure qui permettent de tenir la pile, quand celle-ci est à 90 ou lors du transport des bottes. Les cinq rangées horizontales de quatre dents sont montées sur des axes. La rotation de ces axes permet la pénétration des dents dans les bottes ou de les retirer. La rotation est obtenue grâce à des bras de levier fixés sur des axes par lesquels ils sont reliés 22 avec une tringlerie qui, elle, est déplacée par un vérin double effet. En référence à ces dessins, le système comporte un bâti (1) où sont fixés quatre dents (2) ayant une forme conique au bout pour une meilleure pénétration dans la botte; celles-ci tiennent à l'aide d'une goupille (3) afin que les dents soient amovibles. Le bâti supporte les cinq axes (4) par l'intermédiaire de dix douilles (5) pour permettre la rotation des axes. Sur les axes (4) sont fixées les dents (6) qui ont une forme spécifique car elles permettent de plaquer les bottes entre elles vers les dents (2) et de les ramener vers le bâti (1). Les axes (4) sont mis en rotation grâce au bras de levier(7) ainsi qu'à la tringlerie (9) qui sont reliés par le axes (8). La tringlerie (8) synchronise la rotation des axes (4). Le déplacement de la tringlerie (8) est assuré par le vérin (10) qui lui, est relié par l'axe (11) du côté de la tringlerie (8). Le vérin (10) est fixé sur le bâti par l'intermédiaire de l'axe (12). Le bras de levier (7) a une dimension bien particulière.
