Description

The invention relates to a cosmetic anti-wrinkle product, capable of being

  applied to skin with wrinkles and dark circles to stretch and smooth.

  At present, many cosmetic products are used to apply them especially to the skin of the face on which are present wrinkles and dark circles, in order to stretch and smooth it. However, these products do not completely eliminate wrinkles and dark circles, since this effect can only be achieved by one or more surgical operations. The present invention relates to a new type of anti-wrinkle cosmetic product which has a composition different from that of the cosmetic products used hitherto and which contains a small number of constituents making it possible to obtain an excellent and complete anti-wrinkle effect on the skin on which it is applied.

  This cosmetic product is prepared by the composition described below, with particular reference to the appended claims. The invention will be better understood thanks to the following description of this cosmetic product.

  The anti-wrinkle cosmetic product according to the invention consists of an anti-wrinkle tightening agent containing the two main constituents, which are silica and water acting as active principle, capable of uniformly stretching the skin and smoothing it, these constituents may also be added excipients that will be described.

  In particular, the silica is a pyrogenic amorphous silica which normally acts as a thickener, but which has proved, surprisingly, to be suitable for acting as a tensioning agent, in other words an agent used for stretching the skin, and that we use here to fulfill this function. The silica is formed of spherical particles having a diameter of between 7 and 40 nm, the surface of which consists of siloxane groups (Si-O-Si-O-Si-) and silanol groups (-Si-OH), with a greater amount of siloxane groups, making this compound an inert compound. Silica, when surrounded by water molecules, as in the present combination of the two main constituents, silica and water, forms a gelled structure. The two silica and water components thus combined can be used in solution or soil system, or in solution or gel system, or in solution or aerosol system.

  The two main components can be combined and mixed together at room temperature, the percentage of silica being preferably in the range of 0.1% to 3% by weight based on the weight of the composition. resulting, and the percentage of water being from 99.9% to 97% by weight based on the weight of the resulting composition, the water may also be added in lower percentages when adding one or more excipients to this composition .

  The present composition may be, if appropriate, added to excipients which fulfill particular functions and which may be, for example, of the following types: a) moisturizing agents; b) sedatives; c) humectants; d) emollient agents; e) cooling agents; f) thickeners; g) preservatives; h) stabilizing agents; i) film-forming agents.

  The following describes, by way of example, at least one possible agent and its weight percentage that can be used for each excipient.

  a) panthenol moisturizing agents at 0.1 to 3 percent by weight; sodium hyaluronate at 0.5 to 3 percent by weight; b) ethoxydiglycol, caprylylglycol, sodium polyacrylate, each at 0.1 to 3 percent by weight; c) humectant glycerin, propylene glycol, each in a proportion of 10 to 30 percent by weight; d) emollient: dimethicone-copolyol, 0.1 to 5 percent by weight; e) cooling agent: Aloe barbadensis, at 0.5 to 3 percent by weight; f) thickening agent: xanthan gum, 0.1 to 3 percent by weight; g) preservative agent: as in b); h) algin stabilizer at 0.1 to 3 percent by weight; i) film forming agent: agar 0.1 to 3 percent by weight.

  Of course, other excipients, combined in different weight percentages with silica and water, can be used without departing from the scope of the present invention.

  By way of example only, other excipients that can be used are disodium EDTA, 0.1 to 1 percent by weight; salicylic acid, in a proportion of 0.1 to 0.5 percent by weight; sodium alginate, osmocide, etc.

  The composition thus prepared, when applied to the skin, forms a homogeneous film and causes its absorption by the skin and the stretching and smoothing of the skin, which produces the tensor effect. In addition, this composition, thanks to its ability to retain water, provides a moisturizing effect on the surface of the skin, which improves its aesthetic appearance (smoother and more uniform skin) and, thanks to a slightly acidic pH this helps maintain the biological balance of the skin.

Claims (5)

R E V E N D I C A T IO N S   1. Anti-wrinkle cosmetic product, which can be applied to the skin and in particular to the skin of the face, to obtain an excellent and complete anti-wrinkle effect, so as to stretch the skin and to smooth it, characterized by a composition formed of at least one tensing agent containing a first silica component and a second water component, both acting as an active ingredient, combined and mixed together, preferably at room temperature, and also formed of one or more several optional excipients combined and mixed with said silica and said water, preferably at room temperature.   2. anti-wrinkle cosmetic product according to claim 1, characterized in that said first and second components can be used in solution or soil system, or in solution or gel system, or in solution or aerosol system.   3. anti-wrinkle cosmetic product according to claim 2, characterized in that said silica and said water are preferably used in respective weight percentages of 0.1% to 3% and 99.9% to 97%.   4. Anti-wrinkle cosmetic product according to claim 2, characterized in that the said excipients are the same as those normally used in cosmetic products, such as, for example, moisturizing agents, calming agents, humectants, emollients, coolants, thickeners, preservatives, stabilizers, film formers, and the like.   5. Anti-wrinkle cosmetic product according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that silica is used as a tensioning agent forming a first component in a composition containing water as the second constituent and, where appropriate, excipients of the types commonly used in the cosmetics industry.
