Abstract

L'invention propose une coque talonnière (24) insérable dans une chaussure pour définir une remontée postérieure (21) et des ailerons latéraux (22) qui enveloppent la face postérieure et les faces latérales du calcaneum (4), tout en laissant, par des encoches latérales (18), une zone de déformation préférentielle située au niveau et dans la direction du cône sous-astragalien (12) de l'articulation du pied. Une zone de liaison (21b) suffisamment rigide relie la remontée postérieure (21) et les ailerons latéraux (22), assurant une grande stabilité de la chaussure tout en permettant les mouvements d'inversion et d'éversion du pied. Il en résulte que le confort est considérablement augmenté, tout en réduisant les risques d'accidents articulaires, l'articulation sous-astragalienne (11) étant correctement contenue lorsqu'elle atteint sa course limite.
