Abstract

The bag has a closing connection (1) whose end is pinched in a welding (4) at the bottom of the bag. Description

The invention relates to a bag made of a thermoplastic sheet and its

closure device.

  The invention more particularly relates to a bag of the type intended to be placed inside a basket or trash, and which has a closure link one end of which is pinched in a weld of the bag bottom and according to the direction of the weld, said weld can also maintain the side gussets.

  These bags are presented in the form of a long band rolled, and having at regular intervals pre-cut individualization bags arranged parallel to the welds of the bottom and a few millimeters thereof.

  The user detaches successively, as and when it is needed, the bag that is at the beginning of the roll, deploys it and puts it in place in the container.

  Once filled, the bag is removed from the container and the link must be detached from the weld by traction and then wrapped and tied around the reserved area at the top of the bag.

  It often happens that the link is accidentally detached and lost, or that it comes off hard because it is difficult to locate and take in hand.

  This disadvantage is solved with the bags of the type described in application WO 03091122 comprising a high band a sliding strip in a fold of the bag, the fold comprising two cutouts for gripping the band and forming handles. Said handles are also used to close the bag and bind when it is full.

  In addition, the bag of this document comprises an adhesive allowing, when the bag is in place in the container with its upper part folded on the outside of the container, to tighten and to press this upper part on said container.

  The disadvantage of this second type of bag is its higher manufacturing cost than that of the first type.

  The applicant has set a goal to improve the detachable link system of the first type of bags, to make the link easier to locate by the user while eliminating the risk of losing it during handling.

  This object is achieved by the invention which consists of a plastic bag of the type intended to be placed inside a container, for example a basket or a trash can, and which has a closure link whose one end is pinch in a solder bag bottom, said bottom weld can also maintain lateral bellows, characterized in that the link is during manufacture plated on the bag and maintained parallel to the longitudinal direction of the bag on the one hand by welding one of its ends with the weld of the bottom of the bag, and on the other hand by fixing its other end on the bag by means of a detachable adhesive pellet.

  Preferably, the underside of the pellet is at least partially coated with a repositionable adhesive, and / or the pellet is made of flexible plastic material, and / or the pellet may have patterns or marks colored or transparent depending on the color of the background of the label.

  The general principle of the invention is to provide a link (1) of variable size and for example of a slightly shorter length than that of a bag (2), to press it on the bag and to keep it substantially rectilinear and parallel to the side edges of said bag on the one hand by welding one of its ends (3) with the weld (4) of the bottom of the bag, and secondly by fixing its other end (5) on the bag by means of a detachable adhesive pad (6).

  The bag shown by way of example has on each side a bellows such as (7) but other conformations and other folds are possible, in all cases the link (1) is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the bag and pinched in the bottom weld (4).

  Other forms of pellets (6) are also possible.

  The wafer shown is substantially rectangular, it is for example transparent or multicolored, bonded by its adhesive surface on the plastic sheet, and has a mark (8, 9) for visualizing the edge to be grasped to take off said wafer.

  Said reference is, for example, in the figures, a transparent, colored, nitrate fl ash (8) pointed at a colored bar (9) displaying a zone of non-adhesive length (I) provided at one end of the adhesive underside. The adhesive used is a repositionable adhesive.

  Figures 2 and 4 show a user separating a link from his bag, the link remaining glued to the pellet, itself being detached from the bag.

  FIGS. 5 and 6 show as examples how to reattach the pellet (6) on the outer edge of the bag so as not to lose the link (1), which can be left outside the container (10) (Figure 5) or slid inside it (Figure 6).

  Figures 7 and 8 show two other examples of use in which the upper edge of the bag is tightened against the wall of the container and held in place by the pellet, so as not to slip into the container during filling. In Figure 7 the chip is for example glued astride the bag and the container, and in Figure 8 it is for example fully adhered to the bag.

  The invention described above has achieved the stated objectives of knowing that the link can no longer be lost, it is easily identifiable, furthermore the adhesive patch of the link can also be used to secure the bag to the container.

  The invention can be applied to any type of bag.

A plastic bag of the type intended to be placed inside a container, for example a basket or a trash can, and which has a closing link, one end of which is pinched in a weld of the bag bottom, said bottom weld (4) that can also maintain lateral bellows, characterized in that the link (1) is during manufacture plated on the bag and maintained parallel to the longitudinal direction of the bag on the one hand by welding one of its ends (3) with the weld (4) of the bottom of the bag, and secondly by fixing its other end (5) on the bag by means of a detachable adhesive pad (6).   2.
