本発明は、携帯バッグに関する。詳しくは仕事先や旅行先及びスーパーマーケット等で買い物をした時に商品等を入れて持ち帰ることができる携帯バッグに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来ビジネスマン等が商談の際に、例えばサンプルやダミー等の原稿類を預かる場合に予め鞄や袋を用意しておかなければならない。また旅行先等で複数の土産物等を買うと、それらをまとめて入れるための鞄や袋が必要になる。
さらにスーパーマーケット等で買い物をした場合、店側から提供されるポリスチレンの袋等に入れて持ち帰っていた。しかるに最近、廃棄されるプラスチックフィルム等による地球環境の悪化や資源の有効利用が叫ばれるようになり、それに呼応する主婦層の中には買い物かごや買い物袋を持参して地球資源の節約に貢献する動きが活発になってきた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来の買い物かごや買い物袋等は店側から提供されるポリスチレンの袋に対して容量も多く丈夫である。しかしその反面嵩張るため持ち運びに不便である。
この発明は上記問題に鑑みビジネスマンが仕事で持ち歩いても、あるいは旅行の際に携帯しても嵩張ることなく、容量が多く、丈夫で、しかも雨や水に強い持ち運びに便利な携帯バッグを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明の携帯バッグは、合成樹脂からなる用紙又は合成樹脂を主体とした用紙からなる袋体を複数回折り畳み封緘した携帯バッグであって、該封緘部分を解除することにより折り畳まれる前の状態に剥離展開することが可能なことを特徴としている。
本発明に使用される材質として、例えば平和紙業株式会社製の製品名「カルレ」（登録商標）や王子製紙株式会社ユポコーポレーション事業部製の合成樹脂からなる用紙が好適に使用できる。また合成樹脂を紙繊維に混合して強度を高めた用紙等も同様に利用することができる。
なお、便宜上、以下において、前記各用紙を総称して合成紙という。

前記合成紙で作られるショッピングバッグは襠や底を設けたものでも、単に２枚の合成紙の３周辺や二つ折りした紙材の２周辺を綴じたものでも構わない。また取手部分に関しても開口側の端部を単に楕円状にくり抜いただけでも構わない。
当初平面状態の携帯バッグを複数回折り畳み、最終的にポケットティッシュサイズに仕上げる。この折り畳みの際、折りの背部分が外側に出るようにすれば、折り上がった時に開口部分が少なくすっきりと仕上がる。

ポケットティッシュサイズに仕上がった携帯バッグは、そのままでは開いてしまうので封緘する必要がある。その場合全ての開口部分を剥離可能な手段で接着してもよく、あるいは最終的に２つ折りに折り込んだ後に開口部分となる最後の１個所を剥離可能に固定しておいても構わない。
また本発明に使用される合成紙は熱融着性がある場合、剥離可能な程度に全体を加熱、加圧することにより見掛け上１枚の板のように仕上げることも可能である。
さらに折り畳んだ携帯バッグをそのまま透明な袋に詰め込んでおいても構わない。
なお、ポケットティッシュサイズの仕上がった携帯バッグの両面には、各種宣伝広告等の情報を記載することが可能で宣伝広告媒体としても活用できる。

【作用】
折り畳まれた携帯バッグは嵩張らず持ち運びが便利である。また必要なときにワンタッチで広げることができ、使用時にも強靱なため重い荷物も運ぶことができる。さらに従来の紙からなるものではないために雨や水にも強く、仮に雨に濡れたとしても水を弾き、破れることもなく変形もおこらない。
また広告宣伝等が記載できるので、景品等に使用すれば安価な広告宣伝媒体として使用することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
発明の実施の形態を実施例にもとづき図面を参照して説明する。
図１は本発明の携帯バッグの平面図を表す。図２は第１の折り畳みの平面図を表す。図３は第２の折り畳みの平面図を表す。図４は最終の折り畳みの平面図を表す。図５は最終仕上がりの平面図を表す。図６、図７及び図８は封緘のバリエーションを示す斜視図を表す。

図１に示す如く平面に展開されている携帯バッグＢを、例えば破線で示す如くほぼ均等に１２分割する。図中縦方向に３分割された中央のｂがその両側のａ及びｃよりやや広めで、横方向に分割された中のｅとｆはその上下のｄとｇよりやや広めである。そして最上部中央には取手６が打ち抜かれて形成されている。
まず左側の縦線１に沿って矢印の通りに内側に折り畳み図２の状態にする。次に右側の縦線２に沿って矢印の通りに内側に折り畳み図３の状態にする。さらに上の横線３及び下の横線５に沿って矢印の通りに内側に折り畳み図４の状態に仕上げる。そして最終的に横線４に沿って矢印の通りに二つ折りし、図５のポケットティッシュのサイズに仕上げる。

仕上がった携帯バッグはそのままでは自然開封してしまうので開封し易いように封緘する必要がある。
図６は最終の二つ折りの開口部分をシール１１で封緘したものである。このシールは通常の紙を使用すれば破断して開封できる。
図７は仕上がった携帯バッグ１Ｂを加熱、加圧して全体を剥離可能に熱溶着して一体化したものを、透明のビニール袋１２に詰め込んだものである。このビニール袋１２は既述の封緘手段に使用可能であるが必ずしも必要ではない。
図８は３辺の開口部分を帯状の疑似接着媒体１３で剥離可能、剥離後再接着可能に接着したものである。疑似接着媒体１３としては弱粘着性の粘着剤を強圧で強制的に剥離可能に接着したり、感熱接着剤同士を剥離可能な程度に加熱、加圧して接着したり、あるいは２枚のフィルムを剥離可能に積層したフィルム積層体を接着剤等を介して貼付する等により好適に使用することができる。
また折り畳み後の開口部分の要所をスポット的に加熱溶着してしまい、使用時にその部分を破壊して展開することも可能である。
何れの剥離方法にしても、封緘を解き剥離展開すると、図１の元の携帯バッグに戻り、必要時にどこでも使用することが可能である。

なお本発明は上記実施例に限定されるものではない。
例えば、折り畳みの回数が上記実施例よりも多くてもまた少なくても構わない。
また折りの形態は巻き折りに限らず、蛇腹折りや観音開き折り、さらにはそれらの混合形態でも構わない。

【発明の効果】
折り畳まれた携帯バッグは嵩張らず持ち運びが便利である。従って仕事先や旅行先に携帯して持ち歩くことに抵抗はない。
また必要なときにワンタッチで広げることができ、使用時にも強靱なため重い荷物も運ぶことができる。
さらに従来の紙からなるものではないために雨や水にも強く、仮に雨に濡れたとしても水を弾き、破れることもなく変形もおこらない。
また広告宣伝等が記載できるので、景品等に使用すれば安価な広告宣伝媒体として使用することができる。

In any peeling method, when the seal is opened and peeled and developed, the portable bag returns to the original portable bag shown in FIG. 1 and can be used anywhere when necessary.
