Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un substrat transparent muni d'un empilement de couches minces agissant sur le rayonnement solaire. L'empilement comprend une couche fonctionnelle en métal (Nb, Ta, Zr) ou en nitrure de ce métal, et une surcouche et une sous-couche en nitrure ou oxynitrure d'aluminium et/ou en nitrure ou oxynitrure de silicium.
