Elle concerne à cet effet un dispositif qui se caractérise essentiellement en ce qu'il comporte, essentiellement: - deux moyens, aptes à aligner automatiquement les extrémités de la partie horizontale du câble porteur, constitués, chacun, de 2 pièces articulées selon 2 axes de rotation orthogonaux et intercalées entre lesdites extrémités et leurs supports respectifs; - un moyen, apte à maintenir la tension des câbles porteur et tracteur lorsqu'ils se dilatent, constitué d'une platine, coulissante par rapport à un support, pourvue d'un contrepoids et servant de support, d'une part, au ressort et au treuil constitutifs du moyen de tension du câble porteur et, d'autre part, au ressort et au treuil constitutifs du moyen de tension du câble tracteur; - un moyen, apte à réduire les efforts exercés sur les extrémités libres du câble porteur, constitué d'une platine pourvue de poulies aptes à former un démultiplicateur de tension en association avec un câble dont les extrémités sont reliées respectivement au ressort et au treuil constitutifs du moyen de tension du câble porteur.
