Abstract
Un dispositif d'amplification audio comprend une entrée (11) pour recevoir un signal audio d'entrée (VIN) et une sortie (12) pour délivrer un signal audio de sortie (VOUT) et un amplificateur (OA1) comprenant une paire différentielle de transistors MOS. La grille de commande du premier transistor est couplée à l'entrée du dispositif. La grille de commande dudit second transistor MOS reçoit une tension de référence (VREF) qui présente une rampe montante à la mise sous tension. Le drain de l'un des transistors est couplé à la sortie. L'amplificateur comprend en outre une circuiterie de polarisation pour polariser le substrat des transistors à une première tension sensiblement égale à une tension d'alimentation au début de la rampe de la tension de référence, et à une seconde tension (VBB) sensiblement égale à la tension de leur source (BB) à la fin de ladite rampe.Avantage: on évite ainsi la génération d'un pop à la mise sous tension, tout en bénéficiant d'un PSRR optimal en phase de fonctionnement établi.
