Abstract

The platform has a tubular frame (1A) coupled to three weight sensors (3), where the frame is fixed to wheels (6) of a structure to be weighed (2). The sensors are placed vertically to an axis (A) of the respective wheels, inside the frame. The structure is connected to each sensor by a rod (7) which traverses a lower frame (2A) of the structure, installs a wheel fixation screw, and traverses an upper part of the frame (1A). The sensors are connected to an electronic control unit that processes simultaneously the measurements from the sensors, and transmits the results of the measurements to a weight indicator.

OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is thus to provide a mobile weighing base which advantageously responds to the problem of weighing a mobile structure, in particular a medical bed, and which is essentially characterized in that it comprises as many weight sensors. only wheels belonging to the mobile structure to be weighed; in that each weight sensor is placed, vertically to the axis of each of the wheels of the structure to be weighed, inside the frame constituting the weighing base; in that the structure to be weighed is connected to each weight sensor by means of a rod which passes, on the one hand, the lower frame constituting said structure instead of the fixing screws of the wheels which have been removed and on the other hand, the upper part of the frame constituting the weighing base; and in that the wheels are fixed to said frame. The assembly thus obtained does not alter the weighing structure that becomes mobile again by the fact that the wheels have been transferred to the level of the weighing base and that the fixing holes of the wheels are used to connect the structure to be weighed with the base weigher via said sensors.
