Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de colmatage pour produire un film d'oxyde présentant des bonnes propriétés de résistance à la corrosion saline sur un substrat de métal.De façon caractéristique, ledit procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant :- à fournir une solution de colmatage tamponnée comportant au moins un sel simple de cobalt II et au moins un sel simple de lithium III ;- à mettre en contact ledit substrat de métal, ayant sa surface préalablement oxydée, avec ladite solution de colmatage pendant une durée suffisante pour former un film d'oxyde mixte cobalt/lithium.Ce procédé est tout particulièrement applicable à un substrat de métal réalisé en aluminium ou en alliage d'aluminium anodisé en milieu sulfurique.The invention relates to a sealing process for producing an oxide film having good salt corrosion resistance properties on a metal substrate. Characteristically, said process is characterized in that it comprises the steps consisting of:- to provide a buffered sealing solution comprising at least one simple salt of cobalt II and at least one simple salt of lithium III; - to bring said metal substrate, having its surface previously oxidized, into contact with said sealing solution for a period of time sufficient to form a mixed cobalt/lithium oxide film. This process is particularly applicable to a metal substrate made of aluminum or an anodized aluminum alloy in a sulfuric medium.
