Abstract

The flap has a set of narrow slits (1) placed in a zigzag manner and arranged in a corrugated profile for producing a set of curls (2) on two sides of a vehicle. The curls are capable of preventing rain water sprays from two sides, due to rotation of wheels of the vehicle, irrespective of the angle of incidence of the sprays.
