  The present invention intends to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art by providing a device for picking up solid or liquid dirt, but also to clean the surfaces of any remaining traces of dirt.

  Another object of the present invention is to provide a soil collection and cleaning device adapted to the type and quantity of soiling.

  To do this, the present invention relates to a device for collecting and cleaning dirt, in particular manure, of the type comprising a collection bag on which is fixed a collection sheet and cleaning absorbent material.

  The present invention is remarkable, in its broadest sense, in that said pick-up and cleaning sheet is attached to said collection bag so as to present at least one non-integral portion to said collection bag.
