Selon des particularités de réalisation de l'invention: - les pistes circulaires sont les bords supérieur et inférieur, notamment droits ou arrondis, du moyen de guidage qui est constitué d'une bande cylindrique; les moyens rotatifs sont des galets comportant des gorges dont la forme épouse au moins une partie de celle des bords supérieur et inférieur du moyen de guidage; 5 - le corps du chariot est disposé à l'extérieur du moyen de guidage et comporte le moyen d'attache du dispositif selon l'invention au moyen de traction. PRESENTATION DES FIGURES Les caractéristiques et les avantages de l'invention vont apparaître plus clairement à la lecture de la description détaillée qui suit d'au moins un mode de 10 réalisation préféré de celle-ci donné à titre d'exemple non limitatif et représenté aux dessins annexés. Sur ces dessins: - la figure 1 est une vue en coupe diamétrale BB du dispositif selon l'invention associé à un harnais et à un moyen de traction; - la figure 2 est une vue de dessus partielle dudit dispositif. DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTION Le dispositif représenté aux figures est destiné à relier physiquement un utilisateur (1) à un moyen de traction (2), notamment du type cerf-volant généralement utilisé dans les sports de glisse, et à lui permettre une rotation complète sur lui même par 20 rapport à un moyen d'attache (3), notamment du type crochet ou mousqueton, destiné à relier ledit dispositif audit moyen de traction. Il comporte, en combinaison: a) un moyen de guidage circulaire fermé (4), généralement adapté pour entourer le corps de l'utilisateur (1) et à être relié à un harnais ou à une ceinture (5), pourvu de 25 deux pistes de roulement circulaires (4A) et (4B) opposées; b) un chariot (6), généralement monté mobile en translation sur ledit moyen de guidage (4), pourvu d'au moins une paire de moyens rotatifs (7) montés en opposition et destinés à rouler le long desdites deux pistes (4A) et (4B). Les pistes circulaires (4A) et (4B) sont les bords supérieur et inférieur, notamment 30 droits ou arrondis, du moyen de guidage (4) qui est constitué d'une bande cylindrique fermée. Les moyens rotatifs (7) sont des galets comportant des gorges (7A) dont la forme épouse au moins une partie de celle des bords supérieur (4A) et inférieur (4B) du moyen de guidage (4). Les galets (7) sont montés, aux extrémités du corps du chariot (6), inclinés par rapport au plan médian diamétral (P) du moyen de guidage (4) de manière à former, entre eux, un angle (A) aigu qui est déterminé pour que les résultantes de la force (F) sur les galets (7), et par voie de conséquence sur les bords de roulement (4A) et 5 (4B), exercent une pression adaptée pour maintenir lesdits galets contre ces derniers en minimisant les efforts latéraux. Selon la réalisation préférée de l'invention - les bords (4A) et (4B) du moyen de guidage (4) sont droits; - les galets (7) forment, entre eux, un angle (A) égal à 90 ; - la forme de chaque gorge (7A) desdits galets épouse celle de la jonction orthogonale formée par chacun des bords (4A) et (4B) et le bord intérieur (4C) de la bande de guidage (4). Le corps du chariot (6) est disposé à l'extérieur du moyen de guidage (4) et comporte le moyen d'attache (3). La liaison entre le moyen de guidage (4) et le harnais ou la ceinture (5) est réalisée au moyen d'éléments (8) uniformément répartis autour de l'espace existant entre ledit moyen (4) et ledit harnais ou ladite ceinture (5). Les éléments (8) peuvent être choisis parmi des lanières souples ou des dispositifs rigides pourvus de moyens adaptés pour régler leur longueur en fonction de la 20 corpulence de l'utilisateur et de moyens, notamment des clips, adaptés pour les rendre démontables d'au moins l'un de leurs supports, à savoir: le rail (4) ou le harnais (5). Le moyen de guidage (4) peut comporter une ouverture (4D) associée à une charnière (4E) Il peut être réalisé en au moins deux parties emboîtables. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The device shown in the figures is intended to physically connect a user (1) to a traction means (2), in particular of the kite type generally used in board sports, and to allow it to rotate complete on itself with respect to a fastening means (3), in particular of the hook or snap hook type, intended to connect said device to said traction means. It comprises, in combination: a) a closed circular guide means (4), generally adapted to surround the body of the user (1) and to be connected to a harness or to a belt (5), provided with two opposite circular raceways (4A) and (4B); b) a carriage (6), generally mounted movable in translation on said guide means (4), provided with at least one pair of rotary means (7) mounted in opposition and intended to roll along said two tracks (4A) and (4B). The circular tracks (4A) and (4B) are the upper and lower edges, in particular straight or rounded, of the guide means (4) which consists of a closed cylindrical strip. The rotary means (7) are rollers comprising grooves (7A) whose shape matches at least part of that of the upper (4A) and lower (4B) edges of the guide means (4). The rollers (7) are mounted, at the ends of the body of the carriage (6), inclined relative to the diametrical median plane (P) of the guide means (4) so as to form, between them, an acute angle (A) which is determined so that the resultants of the force (F) on the rollers (7), and consequently on the rolling edges (4A) and 5 (4B), exert a suitable pressure to hold said rollers against them in minimizing lateral forces. According to the preferred embodiment of the invention - the edges (4A) and (4B) of the guide means (4) are straight; - the rollers (7) form, between them, an angle (A) equal to 90; - The shape of each groove (7A) of said rollers follows that of the orthogonal junction formed by each of the edges (4A) and (4B) and the inner edge (4C) of the guide strip (4). The body of the carriage (6) is arranged outside the guide means (4) and comprises the attachment means (3). The connection between the guide means (4) and the harness or the belt (5) is carried out by means of elements (8) uniformly distributed around the space existing between said means (4) and said harness or said belt ( 5). The elements (8) can be chosen from flexible straps or rigid devices provided with means adapted to adjust their length according to the body size of the user and means, in particular clips, adapted to make them removable from minus one of their supports, namely: the rail (4) or the harness (5). The guide means (4) can include an opening (4D) associated with a hinge (4E). It can be produced in at least two interlocking parts. It can also be made in several dimensions such as: small, medium and large to take into account the different body sizes of users.
