Abstract

The device has a cylindrical portion (1) of variable diameter and opened at an end (3) to cover penis in a watertight manner when a urethral vesicle catheter is installed. The cylindrical portion is made up of sterilizable, biocompatible, watertight and flexible material. A flexible fixation ring (4) is adhered to skin and a valve (5) permits injection of medicinal product into a lumen.
