Abstract

Une installation de distillation comprend un système de colonnes (1, 3) et des moyens pour envoyer un débit (7, 9) à séparer dans une colonne (1) du système de colonnes, au moins un tronçon (A, D) d'une colonne contenant des garnissages structurés dont les modules sont à interface non-modifiée si, dans le tronçon en fonctionnement un rapport de taux est en dessous d'un seuil de rapport de taux, ce rapport de taux étant le rapport entre son taux de reflux réel et le taux de reflux minimum du tronçon, et/ou un rapport de charge est en dessus d'un seuil de rapport de charge, ce rapport de charge étant le rapport entre un débit de liquide descendant et la section du tronçon et au moins un tronçon (C, G) d'une colonne, adapté à opérer en fonctionnement avec un rapport de taux au-dessus du seuil de rapport de taux et/ou avec un rapport de charge en dessous d'un seuil du rapport de charge contient des garnissages structurés dont les modules ont au moins une interface modifiée.
