La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour recouvrir et sécuriser un document, un chèque, une attestation, pour permettre une sécurité à toute tentative de falsification.
Lorsque qu'un document, un chèque, une attestation, est rempli ou parafé avec ou sans signature tout risque de détournement ou de falsification est possible.
Certain document, chèque ou attestation peuvent comporter une certaine possibilité de garantie délivrée par un organisme ou par un fabricant, mais n'en élimine pas les risques de détournements, de falsifications et de modifications.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique une feuille transparente plastifiée présentant à son verso la partie autocollante qui se positionnera soit sur le document soit sur le chèque soit sur l'attestation. Une zone prédécoupée permet de relier la feuille transparente plastifié à une souche située à sa gauche ou à sa droite. La partie autocollante qui permet de fixer la feuille transparente plastifiée soit sur un document soit sur un chèque soit sur une attestation, repose sur le recto d'un support de la même dimension que la feuille transparente plastifiée.Le support est prolongé à une extrémité par une languette; ainsi quand l'utilisateur tire sur la languette il libère la partie autocollante, de la feuille transparente plastifiée, du support qui vient se positionner sur le recto soit d'un document soit d'un chèque soit d'une attestation. Puis l'utilisateur en suivant la zone prédécoupé sépare la feuille transparente plastifiée, muni soit du document soit du chèque soit de l'attestation, de la souche et libérant totalement la feuille transparente plastifiée.
Le dispositif selon la première caractéristique, comporte en effet une deuxième caractéristique pouvant faire partie d'un carnet simple de feuilles transparentes plastifiées d'un nombre indéfini, permettant ainsi à l'utilisateur une utilisation indépendante et diverse. Le carnet simple est donc assemblé suivant un mode ; à savoir le dispositif selon la première caractéristique superposé l'un sur l'autre jusqu'à obtenir le nombre suffisant devant constituer le carnet simple. Le tout est relié à une reliure se situant à l'extérieur et à gauche des souches, étant situées à gauche, dans la continuité de leur longueur. La totalité recouvert par une couverture, fixée et reliée à la reliure.
Le dispositif selon la première caractéristique, comporte en effet une troisième caractéristique pouvant faire partie d'un carnet spécifique en y intercalant soit un document soit un chèque soit une attestation. Le carnet spécifique est donc assemblé suivant un mode ; à savoir le dispositif selon la première caractéristique intercalé ; avec soit un document, avec soit un chèque, avec soit une attestation muni de leur propre souche, jusqu'à obtenir le nombre suffisant devant constituer le carnet spécifique. Le tout est relié à une reliure se situant à l'extérieur et à gauche des souches, étant situées à gauche, dans la continuité de leur longueur. La totalité recouvert par une couverture qui est fixée et reliée à la reliure.
Le dispositif selon la première caractéristique, comporte en effet une quatrième caractéristique pouvant faire partie d'un carnet spécifique spécial gaucher en y intercalant soit un document soit un chèque soit une attestation. Le carnet spécifique spécial gaucher est donc assemblé suivant un mode ; à savoir le dispositif selon la première caractéristique intercalé avec soit un document, avec soit un chèque, avec soit une attestation muni de leur propre souche, jusqu'à obtenir le nombre suffisant devant constituer le carnet spécifique spécial gaucher. Le tout est relié à une reliure se situant à l'extérieur et à droite des souches, étant situées à droite, dans la continuité de leur longueur. La totalité recouvert par une couverture qui est fixée et reliée à la reliure.

En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif comporte une feuille transparente plastifiée (1), dont son verso autocollant (2) est posé sur le recto (5) d'un support (6) ayant une dimension correspondante à celle de la feuille transparente plastifiée (1). Le tout étant superposé l'un sur l'autre et relié à l'extérieur à une reliure (8) à la gauche des souches(4) dans la continuité de leur longueur. La totalité est fixé à une reliure (8) et recouvert par une couverture (9) fixée et reliée à une reliure (8) formant ainsi un carnet simple de plusieurs feuilles transparentes plastifiées permettant ainsi une utilisation indépendante et diverse.

A titre d'information et pour une meilleure compréhension, en référence à ces dessins, selon les figure 1, figure, figure 2, figure 3 et figure 4 une partie de la feuille transparente plastifiée (1) est rabattue vers l'intérieur pour en permettre une meilleure lecture du verso autocollant (2) du recto (5) et du support (6).
A titre d'exemple non limitatif, la feuille transparente plastifiée aura une dimension de l'ordre de 7cm pour la largeur et de 17cm pour la longueur, et sa souche aura une dimension de l'ordre de 3,5cm pour sa largeur et de 7cm pour sa longueur.
Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à sécuriser tout document important, tout chèque, toute attestation, écrit et ou parafé avec ou sans signature, pouvant faire l'objet d'une garantie à son possesseur.
