Abstract

The device has a case (1) on which special flanges (2) are welded to allow fixation of sheets (3, 4, 5) using reamed cruciform screws (6). An upper cover (7) receives a sheet around which a heat resistant O-ring (8) is held to ensure watertight joint for the case. A handle (9) is fixed to the cover by rivets (10) and an axle (11) is welded to an end of the cover, where the axle is fixed to a lateral wall by an arched pin (12).

  1 The present invention relates to a device for enclosing objects of significant value such as jewelry, cameras, laptops, floppy disks, CD-ROM, identity card, credit card, driver's license, registration card, important documents and other. This list is not exhaustive.

  The device according to the invention consists of a metal chest using steels of suitable thickness and size, of various chemical composition corresponding to a range of products of variable prices either in carbon steel, or in hardened nickel-chrome steel, or made of refractory steel resistant to high temperatures.

  The trunk itself is constructed of welded elements using the most suitable modern methods and has a thicker upper opening than the walls in order to better resist break-ins. This door includes a special joint, is watertight and closes with special key security screws, tightened and loosened by tubular keys, adaptable to a hexagon head whose angles vary, thus offering a multitude of combinations, which makes screwing practically impossible, without having the appropriate type of key whose angles are managed and listed by computer and numbered in order to be able to possibly replace a lost key or change the model of key.

  In addition, the set includes a double wall made of light alloy, air or material, such as cork, plaster, etc. thus trapped in this space oppose the direct transmission of heat from the outside to the inside in the event of an apartment or vehicle fire.

  Finally, the assembly is closed hermetically by an O-ring of ethylene-propylene or fluo-carbon resistant to temperatures up to 200/3000 25 depending on the duration.

  The assembly thus described may be fixed at a fixed point by means of a cable and a padlock which can be accommodated in the trunk and its presentation is neat, the assembly being covered with leather or material used in luggage storage.

  With reference to these drawings, the device comprises the external medium-sized trunk of 480 x 360 x 180, which provides an interior housing of 430 x 320 x 110 approximately, with an empty weight of less than 14 kilograms with four side faces.
