Abstract

La présente invention a en outre pour objets des couples d'amorces pour amplification spécifiques et exclusifs, utiles à la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé, ainsi que des sondes nucléotidiques pour l'amplification en temps réel ou la détection de séquences d'acides nucléiques spécifiques et exclusives des bactéries contenues dans un mélange complexe ou dans de l'eau.
